To unload the car if cases was awkward as it is on a double yellow line. Reception is in the bar. Location is good. Bedroom has everything you need. One night was perfect.

It's our third time at the Moxy , as we go to the Mayflower theatre for shows . It costs around £7 for a taxi each way . The Moxy is in a great location being next door to west quay shopping centre. The hotel has a great vibe , great friendly staff, 24 hr bar , the rooms are fresh , clean & well equipped. My only small gripe was the size of the bed , but it was comfy ! Overall , I would highly recommend the Moxy . We will definitely be back without hesitation.

The team at the Moxy are outstanding. So helpful and so many ideas to make life easier. The hotel itself is lovely super clean very modern very attractive. I really recommend staying here when you’re in Southampton.

Excellent location next to Westquay shopping centre and adjacent multistorey car park. Check-in was smooth and efficient, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet, comfortable and warm. The queen bed very comfortable. Breakfast (£12 if booked in advance, otherwise £15) is plentiful, fresh and a variety of choices. The bar is very good too.

Easy check in and provided me with my room preference.
Everything works and all is fine. My only criticism which cannot easily be fixed I’m sure is that the bathroom is tiny. No room to swing a cat!!

We have stayed at other hotels around the Southampton area but Moxy got a glowing report from all 4 who stayed. The hotel was everything you would want and expect from cleanliness through to a good nights sleep. Nice touch that the light under the bed comes on in the middle of the night when nature called.
