Check in was good, room requests good, no kettle or fridge in the room but hot water and complimentary instant tea, coffee and hot chocolate on each level.
I'd say the room is 85 percent there, boxing in around the window blinds would create a perfect black out, dimmerable lighting and a lamp would be ideal. Aircon was randomly noisy.
The usual bright flashing smoke detectors and emergency lighting.
The check out process was good; didn't check out breakfast or bar but looks nice.
For the price point, great hotel nothing stand out.

I had stated I had a 1 year and required a cot but nothing and they couldn’t accommodate baby ended up in our double bed!!!! Not safe at all

Overall a good stay.
Felt the bar area could have been cleaner - quite a few staff were on but all tables had empty glasses and I didn’t feel staff were that friendly.
Breakfast was nice.
Room as expected and bed very comfy.
Hotel close to tube station and fairly central.
Reception staff helpful.

Lovely hotel with great amenities, but the noise at night was a major issue. Unfortunately, all the rooms face the road, and it was noisy well into the early hours—around 4am. We were frequently disturbed by car alarms, loud groups of people, and early-morning delivery vans. While the hotel itself is charming, the noise level made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Stayed in a Warehouse X room:
Pros- Very comfortable bed, very quiet, air-conditioned, soft and fluffy pillows and blanket, close to Whitechapel Station and an invigorating neighborhood.
Cons- after a shower, the could use a squeegee to get the water off the floor where the sink and toilet are, better lighting at the mirror would be nice.
The cons are FAR outweighed by the pros.
Tobi, Andnan and Shawn were amazing and helped us in a pinch when our airline cancelled our flight.
The restaurant, Mr White's Chophouse, was fantastic!
Will be staying here again!

Have stayed twice and tried to ear the overpriced food with a service charge ,
Both time couldnt eat , rubbish service and food . Staff busy talking to each other , chefs and waiting staff , forgetting customers , food and customer service

I really enjoyed the hotel. It was small but extremely functional! It’s a super close walk to the tube. The area felt safe, but it was noisy. There’s a hospital near so I heard a lot of ambulances. There are tons of places to eat in the area, as well as downstairs in the restaurant. I’d definitely stay here again!
