The hotel is very quiet so not a problem checking in or using the excellent facilities. Nice quality bedding and decor.

Great hotel to stay in for a trip to Winchester if you don't mind a short drive into town. Lovely hotel with good clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Dog friendly although we did think a £25 surcharge for a dog was steep. £10 would be fairer.

Our double room was just right for us and our 2 little dogs.
Well presented and had everything needed for a short stay.
Staff were very helpful. A good choice of either a continental or cooked breakfast.

They really need to sort out the kitchen and staff, once again we received or did not receive the correct dishes and 45 mins later were still waiting. The staff are young and inexperienced and need help and guidance. I suspect the same is the case in the kitchen.

Good for the cost though seemed slightly understaffed over the Christmas period perhaps. Gym and pool area decent, nice staff across site. Needs a little spruce up of exterior and recycling bins as an improvement.

There were 20 of us staying here for the weekend. Everyone agreed it’s a smart, cool, friendly hotel with good decor. Rooms are very clean, bed comfy, shower good etc. Friendly staff, lovely spa area, not too busy.
BUT
We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the service is not good. They clearly need training with regard to splitting the bill across rooms in a more efficient way. And the food is very average for what you pay, and the portions are small. (But the fish and chips / burgers looked fine).
Bar staff are brilliant and very accommodating. All in all, a very good place for large groups, just need to sort out the restaurant menu / portions / service.

Convenient for us with our Spaniel who was also welcome everywhere except the Restaurant. We had some issues with a family dinner but they were sorted out amicably.

The room was quite basic but the hotel was nice and clean. Only thing was we were without power and water so at night time we couldn’t see what we were doing and we could barely wash our hands in the sink and flush the toilet. There was no way we could shower.

Bathroom not very clean, used empty milk sachets on tea tray. Husband has a bad knee and we had to walk two buildings over. The joining walkways were dirty and cold. Almost £200 for 1 night was definitely not worth it

Wonderful spa stay for my partner’s birthday, the staff were AMAZING; really friendly, attentive and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. They’re a genuine credit to the company.
Restaurant evening menu was excellent and very well compiled, the bar was convivial and again, excellent comfort food.
We each opted for the wellbeing massage in the spa and it was money well spent, we both left feeling very relaxed.
There’s no room service, but given the layout of the hotel (a lot of walking between rooms and kitchen / restaurant) entirely understandable.
We will definitely return here. A great stay in very comfortable surroundings. Thank you so much for a terrific weekend!
