Novotel London Tower Bridge

Great location and great staff, nothing was too much trouble.

It is the fourth time that we have stayed at this hotel. Although we like it very much, this time in particular the cleanliness was not good. The bathroom had a clogged sink that remained as it is for 8 days, and you could see the floor could have been better cleaned. Also, the bedsheet was not changed accordingly, until we removed it from the bed and threw it on the floor to signal that it should have been changed. Also, for the first time some guest from the lower room complained twice at the same day that we were making noise, dragging the furniture etc, which was not true - at the second time we were sleeping and we were bothered by the hotel staff about this guest complaint. We never had any issue similar to that, but unfortunately the front desk lady seemed to agree to the annoyed guest and not believe on us, just mentioning "some people are more sensitive to noise", seeming that we were really acting against the hotel rules, which made us disappointed, afterall, as said, it was the fourth time that we were at that hotel. Facts should be investigated for sure, but also the guests' history. Also, if we were making some kind of noise, the rooms close to us could have "confirmed" the fact - which they couldn't, as it did not happen at all. At the end, we learned that the complaining guest had left at next day, not having passed 8 days as we did at the hotel (so the next guest would have "the same problem" if we were "lying"), We have booked this hotel on February 2024, hav

I was disappointed that I could not get a room with a view of Tower Bridge which is the main reason I chose this hotel.

Had a lovely stay. Really close to Tower of London and tower hill station. Not too busy with tourist. Quiet if looking to get away from the crowd.

Perfect for my family of 3! Right off the underground so made it great to get to and from!

Staff are great, shower is super slippery and I fell and got really bruised. Highly recommend wearing shower shower shoes that provide a grip.

This hotel is in an excellent location - 1-2 blocks from Tower of London, Tower bridge and the Tower Hill Underground Station. The daily breakfast was awesome (broad selection and well-stocked) and the staff assistance and local references were consistently outstanding. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained through our stay.

This hotel was located in a quiet area close to Tower Hill tub. Excellent breakfast with a full buffet and many options. Room was nice size, clean, and bed comfortable. Stayed 2 nights and received outstanding customer support from front desk staff (Jana). Would definitely recommend this hotel as it’s close to many attractions as well.

The property is well located, modern and clean.

The hotel is located minutes from a tube stop - very convenient - and the staff are excellent. One reception staff, Jenna, was just brilliant - so helpful and cheery! Also, the rooms are nice and bright. We did have one issue. The shower did not drain properly. Moreover, the lip is rather low, the door did not close completely and the door hinges have holes that leak. In short water spills out. Mopping up after the first shower late at night after a long international flight was a pain. On following days, we ordered extra towels and backstopped the shower. All’s well that ends well.
