Great hotel. Well furnished. Plenty of space. Spread out over three buildings. Greatblication bybthe Pantiles. Just be careful ... some rooms (townhouse) have no lift and steep stairs. If this is a concern let them know when reserving.

Booked this hotel a the very last minute as the one we were due to stay in had a gas leak. Room was comfy with plenty of storage space. The bed was big. I’m quite fussy when it comes to pillows so it wasn’t the best for me but others may like it. Breakfast was very nice and a wide selection to choose from. The bar area was nice and modern and all the staff were very friendly. I would happily stay there again.

I was double charged, showed the bank statements to prove it, was told I would be contacted to sort it out. Nobody got back to me after three attempts. They are at best useless.

From the moment we walked in we felt like we had walked into a swanky London hotel.
The receptionist could not have been more helpful giving us directions to our chosen restaurant for the evening.
As we approached our room there was a door in the corridor that had a card activated lock to prevent non-guests from entering, a very reassuring security feature.
On entering our room we could tell that cleanliness was of utmost importance as the room smelt fresh.
The room was very spacious and well organised.
The shower room was huge with two types of shower heads.
We went for our evening meal and on returning the receptionist asked if we had a good meal and even asked what we had to eat.
The best experience we have had at a hotel ever.
