Very nice hotel. A bit on the pricy side, but that's probably just London prices. Great location five minutes from Hyde Park and Marble Arch Tube Station. The staff were all lovely too.

Absolutely spot on - bags stored early and taken to our room for us. Reception with fresh fruit/chocolates etc for guests. Breakfast fabulous choice and offer of eggs cooked differently/omelettes. Ladies in catering so attentive. Absolutely fabulous gem of a hotel - will definitely go back.

Always stay in Montcalm hotels in London and this is by far the worst we have ever visited. Calling our room a box room would be optimistic, more like a prison cell in a basement. Everything is branded as ‘The Montcalm Marble Arch’ which is actually a lie as this is the much better sister hotel across the road that we have previously stayed in. The room is the width of the tiny, uncomfortable double bed that has less than a foot either side to get out of and the room smelt awful of damp. I immediately raised my concerns with reception upon check in and requested another room, however was told there was nothing they could do. No fridge or robes in room as advertised, and full breakfast was cold and napkins on table dirty. I don’t understand how this place can be affiliated with the Montcalm name that we have trusted for years. No more than a dated, 2* hotel and the photos advertised when booking are clearly of the other hotels within the brand. Highly highly disappointed, please spend your money elsewhere and don’t let this place spoil your London trip like it did ours.

Check in and staff were amazing, entry was lovely...but when we arrived in our room it was nothing like any of the pics showed, very cramped but was nice and cosy when in even if the tv and some parts of furniture were damaged/aged. Breakfast was lovely and was easy to get in and out of the hotel.

The room was immaculate, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was always smiling and quick to offer assistance. 2 blocks to subway and bus stops was lovely. We would stay there again.

Return visit after 6 years. Great location and a good clean hotel, however felt disappointed with my stay, as the bathroom needed some attention. This was a shame as the bathroom was with modern décor and only needs a small amount of investment / repairs for the bathroom to complement a great room and hotel. Room 403. Disappointingly I would now consider other hotel options for any further stays in London.

Very quiet area near Marylebone and Oxford street for shopping . Staff were lovely. We were offered a glass of fiz on arrival . The lobby area
offered fresh strawberries and bottled water .
Although we were too early to check in a coffee was offered in the dining room which was very kind.
Room was small, but suited our stay perfectly.
