A pleasant stay in a simple but comfortable room. Good breakfast and hotel is in a great setting. A little difficult to find as postcode takes you to a farm and not the hotel

Absolutely fantastic place. The family made us very welcome and the service was outstanding. Very comfortable and clean, dog friendly and right beside the Coast to Coast path.

Lovely quiet spot on the coast to coast route. Rooms very clean and well stocked. Shower great. Good choices for breakfast. The hosts were extremely welcoming and very helpful and friendly. Lovely local walks.
The access road needs to be driven carefully.

Little gem of a stay located on the coast to coast walk in a beautiful location. They were very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. Sadly it was a business trip, so didn't have my dog with me to explore the great walks around the guest house.

Park House was set in lovely grounds and the owners were great. Decent value for money and a comfy bed. what's not to like. The drive is very rutted so be careful driving up but well worth the effort.
