Stayed in a triple room (double bed plus sofa bed) for 1 night earlier this month. The pros: Guy at reception in the evening was friendly and helpful. The room was clean upon my arrival and I found no other issues. I was attended to promptly when I visited the restaurant area for breakfast (I didn't have dinner, ate at the nearby McDonald's.) The shower pressure was good and a bath mat was provided which I greatly appreciated. The cons: It's a little out of the way and if you have a car (I didn't) them you can't park it at the Hotel. Still a brilliant location otherwise.

What you expect from a premier inn. Fairly clean room (but don’t look closely). Water pressure low at peak times. Breakfast selection is pretty standard, but eggs are cooked very frequently, so the yolk is always runny. Absolute highlight of my stay came from a waiter, Chris, in the restaurant for breakfast. Chris gives you a feel of a 5 star hotel and goes above and beyond for guests. He seemed to remember every guests name and breakfast order. The greeting he gives you on arrival makes you feel so welcome, special, and like you’re in a really fancy place (and not a breakfast buffet at a 3 star hotel). He’s always busy restocking and cleaning up. I really hope the management value this employee and his contribution.

I stayed one night here (didn't eat) I thought the hotel was lovely. Very bright and welcoming. Rooms were nice and clean although tiles could do with a good grout clean or change. Beds were super comfy. Shower good pressure. Good location to the shops. Parking is in sainsburys and I really did find it a struggle to find the hotel as Google maps wants to send you a way that has no path. There may be an easier way but the way I ended up going, certainly wasn't suitable for a lone female. Parking charges in sainsurys is between 9am and 9pm

Staff were great and super helpful. Only stayed for one night but made the most of the meal deal and wasn’t disappointed. Dinner was great and breakfast was fantastic. Beds and rooms were comfortable. Staff moved out party to adjoining rooms which was very convenient. Only downside was lack of parking but car park is less than 100m away.

Considering the cost of staying in London, a 30-45 min trip on GWR or the Elizabeth Line isn't too bad so that we could save an arm and a leg on accommodation when it comes to visiting the capital. That's what a lot of the guests did here. The room itself is what you would do expect from a Premier Inn. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the air conditioning to work (constant fault codes) and there was mould appearing round the windows. The net curtains kept dropping off too. We had breakfast on each of the 3 mornings we were there. This was good and what you would expect from a Premier Inn. The staff were excellent and I would recommend this as a good base for visiting London.
