Id like to start this review by saying me and my boyfriend booked this trip AS CHEAP AS POSSIBLE without staying in an absolute hovel so the quality of this hotel especially the friendly and helpful staff and the amenties were an absolute bonus. When we checked in the lady who served us was lovely and showed us to our room. The room was spacious and even included a full size fridge and microwave! Everything was spotlessly clean and my only feedback would be the shower was a little small for my chubby self and my 6'3 partner 😊 the hotel is right by hyde park if you want to walk to the shopping areas but youre also only 2 roads from the underground which i found so much easier to navigate than i had thought. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and are very happy with what we got for the price, thank you to the whole team 🌟

The staff at the hotel are excellent and worked extremely hard to make our stay comfortable. However, there were some issues with the wifi, room phone and tv channels and we had to move rooms because of this. A gentleman from the front desk worked so hard to resolve these issues and we greatly appreciated his time and effort! We were in a basement room for 4 people which was super spacious and clean, but a strange smell came from the air conditioning unit when you turned it on. The breakfast was great and the hotel is so close to the train and the city! A good hotel if you are looking for affordable lodging, close to main attractions, with great staff!

First I book a room, go to the room. No AC, just a fan. Unacceptable. Who books a room with no AC in the middle of summe. That needs to be stated that the room has no AC. So I asked for a room with AC, got it, but no TV, twin bed, when I booked a queen, and room very dirty. Stains all over carpet, dirty walls. Asked for some ice...no ice. No ice machines. NO FRILLS HOTEL. Look elsewhere!!

The hotel was in an ideal location but that was the only good thing about it. The showers didn’t work. We booked a family room so we could celebrate a birthday when we woke up in the morning but they messed up the booking and we ended up having to have two separate rooms. The hotel was very noisy throughout the entire night which made it impossible to sleep. I would not stay here again.

I did it enjoy the air conditioning not working for the first two days with no service rendered. I also did not enjoy the spotty WiFi for television and phone/internet use during my stay. And staying on the basement floor was unattractive.

The room is behind the fire exit and has no label or sign for the room direction. I did not see any fire exit. I believe the hotel renovated the fire exit area into three more rooms! All the socket in the room is not working! Not just my room, I saw a phone was charged at the corridor using the socket outside. I believe other room behind this fake fire exit has no power supply to their socket too! Very unhelpful staff! I brought my charger and phone to hotel lobby hoping to charge my phone there while I take an hour nap. I feel unsafe to leave my phone at the corridor. The staff refused to help. This is their fault in the first place as they are not fixing the socket no power supply problem. Room has no window as advertised. I am staying alone, no point giving me a room with two beds! Can someone please report this hotel to fire departments or related government department? I did not see the actual fire exit, just three extra room with strange room number behind the fire exit. Just to check whether they are following the safety guidelines and building structure.
