This is the 5th time we have stayed at this hotel and we have never been disappointed.
The hotel is in a great location and easily reached. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. The breakfast is very good and the dining area looks out over the river so providing nice views.
We would always recommend this hotel and it provides all your needs.

Two night stay with a truly excellent location with views over the river from the brasserie. Rooms were very comfortable though we did find the pillows a little to thick and the route to the room (21) on the top floor is not for the unfit as no lift. Breakfast was buffet style and lots of choice.

First and foremost, the location cannot be beat. It is so central to everything you need and beautifully situated on the water. The staff at the front desk during the day were all so helpful and kind, really made you feel like you were at home. My wife and I enjoyed the decor of the rooms, a little different than your typical hotel, but more character for sure. Very comfortable beds as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

We have stayed at this hotel before and love its position right by the Thames and Eton Bridge, with all that Windsor has to offer within easy walking distance. The staff are the most helpful we have ever encountered. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent. I should however say that we did not particularly like the room we were allocated, which was ground floor with a view through thick net curtains of a back street. We were woken at 6.30am by a car right outside our window. On our last visit we had a room overlooking Eton Bridge and the river. There was no comparison to the room we had this time which was a shame as this was a special anniversary treat. We will return but will request a more specific room.

This historic building houses a very comfortable hotel with so much warm ambience! The fire in the sitting room off the entrance was very cozy and the room was beautiful.
Great breakfast offerings and a walkable location added to the experience.

All staff very friendly & helpful.
Room very nice, especially the bathroom/shower. The latter was very good, apart from a couple of niggles, which meant it wasn't excellent. They are, the dispensers were behind the shower & the towel hooks could have been closer.
The hotel is a superb location & within easy walking distance of everything.
The only other comment is as we were in a room across the road from the main hotel, it would be nice to have complementary umbrella's for when its raining.

My wife thought the room was way too small, and it was small, so small there was no chair or desk but I loved the timber of the place. Breakfast was OK, as in the croissants were soggy lumps and bread was dull. Pity because there is a good bakery right in town, which is where I went after the first day.
