A welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of downtown London, yet close enough to shopping and transportation. Was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the bed. Staff was courteous and helpful with recommendations on where to eat and visit.

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. We loved the location! And the restaurant offered a wonderful start to the day. We had a wonderful experience

Small room as we stayed in a Cosy room on 2nd floor with street view. Good location near Sloane square. The lifts were a bit disfunctional (not coming very quickly, doors not closing very well/quickly) and suite small. Staff very nice. Breakfast Nice but staff slow though Nice. Overall good experience though on the expensive side.

This hotel is fine, nothing particularly special. Our rooms were pleasantly decorated but very small. My father's room was called a "Cosy double", it should have been called "Tiny double". The rooms are also very dark with small windows. We had a view of the courtyard which was full of rubbish, I think this was because they are renovating Sloane Club. The shower was very good.Staff were pleasant but we didn't have much to do with them. We actually actually checked out a night early because I wasn't comfortable in the bed due to the pillows, so we went home early. My main issue with this hotel is that it is so overpriced- this is naturally because it is in Chelsea.

Lovely property. Rooms are small but very well appointed. Staff is also great, as is the breakfast at the restaurant. There is some construction going on next to the property but I could not hear it from my room. Recommend!

This was a lovely hotel. Rooms were very well appointed and the bathroom's were modern and beautifully stocked. There is a great restaurant on premises! There is construction next door but hours are reasonable and we heard no noise during our quiet time.. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in London! I will be back.

A great location. Clean and cheerful rooms albeit on the small side. The staff is wonderful. Five minute walk to Sloan Square Underground stop. A good restaurant on site. We spent two weeks and couldn’t have been more satisfied.
