Spring River Ebbsfleet by Marston's Inns

Staff were great hotel was good, has a lift so upper floors are accessible

We stayed at spring river Ebbsfleet on 16/12/24 after visiting relatives down in Sussex we stayed at this hotel as it was near Bluewater shopping centre to visit the following day to do Christmas shopping Hotel was ok chose twin beds as I was staying with my daughter but they were the most uncomfortable beds ever seemed tiny and neither of us slept well on arrival there wasn’t much of a greeting because bookings are done online I had been over charged yet had no help from reception told to speak with hotels.com which I did and got it resolved you are told to enter car details into the parking monitor in reception which I did yet have now received a parking fine ! Obviously I have disputed this and giving the parking company my booking details yet not had an update clearly the parking machine in reception must be faulty as I know my details were entered correctly disappointing all round with this trip and not sure if I would return due to the hassle involved

Easy accessible quite spacious rooms, bathroom was in need of a little tlc, nice restaurant next door.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Reasonable for the cost too. The resturant next door has good food and is also Reasonable. Have stayed here a couple of times due to the staff being friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient

Generally good value for money. We stayed here for 3 nights but were disappointed with the service we received. We were asked upon check in whether we’d like our room service and we confirmed. The next day our room was not serviced and we told reception who said it would be serviced the following day but it still wasn’t meaning our room wasn’t serviced during our entire stay. We complained about this but were told the hotel had no cleaning staff for the weekend but this was not communicated the first two times we spoke with reception on the issue - we’d have appreciated staff giving us the heads up at least!

Great budget accommodation. This hotel is not far from Bluewater shopping centre. It’s less than 10 mins drive. Our room was clean and comfortable. The food in the pub was delicious and the pub is next to the hotel building. Easy and quick check in, there is a box to return your key for a check out. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, definitely recommended.

We love staying at the Spring River and have done several times due to the great rooms, customer service, facilities and location. The room we had this time wasn’t the best unfortunately. The tv didn’t work and the bed was very uncomfortable, Room 104. This wouldn’t stop us from visiting again as everything was first class as usual, it was just unfortunate we didn’t get as good a room as we previously have.

Great room very clean

Great, warm clean comfy, no frills but just what I needed. Restaurant very close although I did not need to use.

Room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant next door was rather lacking with service as no coffee machine, a shortage of plates and spoons and tables not being cleared for some considerable time. The food was OK though.

The bin in the bathroom was not emptied from last occupancy.
