This hotel is like a Victorian house. The rooms are rather small but we only need it for sleeping since we are out all day long.
Expedia stated that the room which has 2 twin beds sleeps 3. Thinking that the beds can be combined, I booked it. Evidently the hotel does not move and combine their beds. But, Staff went above and beyond in giving us extra room for the night, then transferred us in a triple room the next day. They even took care of loading our luggages to the room while we were out on a trip. Hotel is also close to Hammersmith train station, about 10 mins walk.
Overall, our stay was excellent and would recommend this hotel.

Window dated, no elevator, temperature of water in shower not hot enough, charged us deposit and returned it to ys with a much currency.
Staff helpful in carrying luggages up and down the steep stairs and giving us extra duvets in a cold night.

A great hotel , basic but has everything you need . Very clean and well cared for . You can get breakfast across the road or at Steak bar . Staff were so helpful . You can come and go as you please . Great value for money . We will be back xxxx

It's a very quaint property. Converted world war II era Victorian home. Be prepared to carry your luggage up flights of a very steep and narrow staircase. The rooms are quite small, but comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only real drawback I can find with this property is that it's just down the street from a police station and we lost count of the number of emergency vehicles with sirens on that went down the street. .

Had a lovely stay and was warmly greeted by reception. The room was cosy and I appreciated the extra pillow and blanket on the bed. The room and bathroom was also very clean and decorated to a good standard.
Would definitely stay here again!

This an excellent value hotel in London. Basic but with everything you need. Hammersmith is a great area to base from and this hotel is close to the underground and plenty of restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and helpful.
