Lovely place to stay. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had the buffet in the ryder grill and my husband had the a la carte menu both were excellent and so was the buffet breakfast. The spa and leisure centre were excellent and very clean. Overall an enjoyable stay even though food and drinks are a bit expensive but i guess you're paying for the name .

Arrived after check in time for room to not yet be ready. Top floor room allocated which is not ideal when you have a dog. Did not sleep at all well due to the party taking place in the building I was staying in, people chatting outside my room at 3am. The shower heads in bathroom need a good clean. Breakfast in the room was terrible - uninspiring & cold- burnt toast, yoghurt not covered so didn’t seem hygienic & the coffee was lukewarm dirt water.
So disappointed with experience & do not recommend if you want a quiet, relaxing time.

Room was lovely as was all communal areas, spa facilities were nice too. Was let down by room service (used mugs and spoons, missing towels and only replenished after chasing a couple of times. I feel this could be due to the fact there were 3 corporate events. Hotel was busy was Monday and Tuesday, I missed breakfast Tuesday due to late night service. Would recommend as close to NEC which served our purpose. Good reception staff and Jamie in evening service in Buffet was fab!

Main issue was room service was not accessible for over an hour. The phone would just ring out. Upon calling guest services i was assured that they'd be in touch shortly but another 30mins went by with no call. We had a 2 hour window between 2 events and hence i was not happy with being able to seemlessly order room service

Appalled at the service from Belfry. After paying top whack, one expects good service. Arrived at 6pm, given room where bathroom drain was blocked, fan and kettle did not work. Moved to disabled access room after 30 minutes. Went to restaurant and was told additional bed would be ready. Came back to room at 1010pm and no bed. Went to reception again and bed made at 1030pm. Whole day ruined....from wanting to be relaxed I spent the evening with the duty manager- all she did was apologise. Not good enough. Never again, the Belfry

The hotel was wheel chair accessible. The staff were friendly but tried to put us in a lodge 5 minutes away from the main hotel. Given the fact i had previously told them i was a wheel chair user i was not impressed. Then room allocated over looked a nasty roof. However room itself functional.
