The service was fantastic from the moment we came through the doors. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were pleasant and very helpful.
The hotel is gorgeous, I had serious bathroom envy. The decor in general was lovely. We managed to get seats in the beautiful bar, the cocktails are amazing.
Comfortable beds, a shower I didn’t want to get out of (although a steady hand is needed to switch between the settings) and a good selection of refreshments in the room.
This stay was for a birthday treat and we were not disappointed!

We stayed for one night, the hotel was wonderful, clean and no areas of concern. The breakfast was delicious and staff we polite. We will definitely be staying again

Our stay at The Grand hotel was spectacular. The staff were very considerate and helped us with every query we had during our stay. We were staying to celebrate our anniversary and so we were met with a bar of chocolate and a lovely note from the hotel on arrival. The room was also cleaned to a very high standard and we also got a great view of the city. The Grand made our stay even more special, and I would definitely come back to stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff were super,friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean the beds comfy and rooms nice and warm. Great size bathroom with a terrific shower.

This is my second time staying at the Grand and I can say it has impeccable customer service and the standards are amazing here. Always clean and the room was perfect. We were celebrating a special occasion and they went above and beyond. Would come back here again and again. :)
