The hotel is on the promenade of Exmouth. Slightly tired and dated looking property, the lock on our door did not work but room a nice size and bed was comfortable, we had a view out to the sea which was nice. We did not eat in the hotel, we did use the bar which was small but fine.
I would stay here again.

We stayed for New Years Eve 2024 and New Years Day 2025. We had a superior double and z bed. Our room was ok, no complaints, although we did have to use storage heaters rather than there being use of the radiators. The shower was a little weak but again ok for a couple of nights. The dining room is stunning, a gift from a bygone era. The rest of the hotel is in truth tired but unoffencive. The staff were friendly and we received an unexpected Christmas gift on leaving. It was an ok stay.

Perfect location, easy parking room was nice but dated. Downside, The walls are are so thin we could hear the people next door walking around, talking, using the toilet and snoring all night it was like being in the same room. I would stay again but would need ear-plugs.
