Hotel was in great location for us and easy parking, staff on the whole were good, downside was the noise of the other bedroom doors closing, very noisy which woke us, could this be fixed?

Rooms poorly soundproofed, cheap scratchy linen, no air-con or ability to fully open a window for fresh air, shower head came up to chest height. VIP benefits were not honoured, wouldn't recommend.
