Lovely apartment, safe location, handy for tram into city, Ale Trail of 20 pubs within a square mile, lots of those with good food. A great place to spend an extended weekend.. lots to see and experience in the city and surrounding area.

The Appartement we are staying in doesn't have a dishwasher even though it was saying it on the offer. The cleaning service has not shown up yet, we are here since over a week.... The sink and bathroom tap were leaking, they just got fixed after I complained about that yesterday. Our stay was booked by the company of my partner, we could only choose from two options, and we picked the one with dishwasher...that isn't there. so we didn't really have a choice... Location in the jewellery quarter is kinda nice though. And it does have lots of space, but almost no place for clothes, Def not enough for two people. Three stars I think is appropriate for the apartment. It wouldn't be my first choice, but it works for a week or two...

Great place for work stays quiet and very well appointed rooms with all the facilities you need while working away as well as a handy location with a large tesco and some great bars and restaurants in the jewellery quarter Had a couple of maintenence issues on last visit but we're resolved quickly by the property managers

We stayed one night in the apartment. It was very clean. However, there was a stain on one of the towels. The apartment was booked for 4 people, however, the shampoo and soap were not enough for 4 people. Other than that, there was a multitude of rules and instructions which were not good enough for the boiler to get hot water running, even though they were followed correctly. The sofa bed was very small. My brother is 5’11, and the sofa bed was too small for him.

The first impressions were really good; from the communication to how clean the whole apartment was. The location is great with everything walking distance away. The hosts were also very accommodating and check up on their guests regularly if needed
