The hotel was really lovely and tastefully decorated. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed dinner on both nights of our stay - the food was excellent. The room was a bit hot on arrival but we turned off the radiators and used the fan - air-conditioning would have been nice, but isn't installed (although this would then make the hotel not so eco-friendly!).

Lovely one night stay with dinner and breakfast. Staff were really friendly and professional. Well set up to meet Covid conditions yet still felt relaxed. Room and all meals were great. Highly recommended

A very comfortable quality hotel with friendly and helpful
staff. High cleanliness generally with good Covid precautions.
We booked last minute for a weekend romantic break and just wished we could have stayed longer.
Excellent food at both breakfast and dinner.
It is well placed for North Norfolk’s attractions.
Not cheap but good value for money.
We shall be back!

Lovely country getaway. Lovely people and hotel. Could have done with more staff as they were very stretched at times and a fan in the room could have done with air con as it was stifling in bedrooms at night. But we really enjoyed our stay. Food was superb.

Excellent Hotel with attention to details of comfort. It’s the little things that make a big difference. Fresh milk for the tea in the room. Proper coffee machine etc
