Oxford is beautiful because it is old but often that means the buildings have thin walls and difficult to heat. This new hotel is a welcome change - toasty and quiet. Ideal location for acess to major bus routes and the university. Lovely staff as well!

From the moment we arrived at The Store, we were impressed by the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, making us feel welcome and well cared for. Our room was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a bed that was exceptionally comfortable.
During our stay, we had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant, and we also ordered room service. Both experiences were top-notch, with delicious food and impeccable service. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our meals. Do not miss the chicken pie!
The hotel’s location is ideal, right in the heart of the city center. It's the perfect base for exploring all that the area has to offer, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. My daughter was starting a study abroad program and we were able to find everything she needed to get started.
Overall, The Store provided a luxurious and relaxing experience; we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! I will definitely plan on staying here again next time I visit.

I stayed one night with my dog and we were so well looked after that I didn’t want to leave! The hotel is really beautiful and the location is perfect. We took the bus from the park and ride and it stopped right outside. The staff were friendly. Our room was gorgeous, with its own private terrace overlooking the Oxford skyline. This hotel is also really welcoming to dogs. There was a bed, bowls and welcome box waiting. I was able to bring the dog to the bar/lounge area to have dinner and drinks. The room itself was comfortable, nice bed linen, big fluffy towels, a good shower and complimentary treats in the room that I wasn’t expecting. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and I will be back!

Wonderful last minute stay for husbands birthday with 3 young children. Hotel is beautiful and immaculate!
We were given a room upgrade which was lovely and champagne and balloons left in the room to mark my husbands birthday. Would happily return.

An excellent stay at The Store - real attention to detail throughout the stay - from a free minibar, chocolate, and champagne on arrival. Great hotel and really friendly service - we felt really looked after and the room was really plush. Excellent location, right in the heart of oxford.
Bar opening times, particularly for the rooftop bar were a bit limited which was a shame.

This new hotel is in a great historic and convenient location. We did notice that the bar staff (where we dined) were harried and not very friendly.

Great property at great location but keep in mind that the area in front of the hotel is pedestrianized so your taxi cannot pickup / drop off at the entrance and you need to walk. Also the hotel has a strict policy on room temperatures so although I prefer a warm room, they insist on keeping it chilly during the winter to save money I guess. I would have gladly paid entra to turn up the thermostat for the duration of my stay

The Store is a brand new hotel which meant it was so warm and cozy, unlike many other Oxford hotels in the winter time. The staff were lovely, the lounge was gorgeous, and I loved the fluffy robes and decor is sleek and modern. Location is amazing for food and walking the city

Wonderful property right in the middle of Oxford. Comfortable, clean and good vibe in the lobby area. Room was equipped with an espresso maker and small fridge. The only downside, if there is one, is that rooms are on the small side relative to North American standards. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Oxford.
