We had the best experience at this hotel. Everything was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. The location was great and walkable to a lot of popular attractions. The hotel was clean, quiet, updated and we had a spacious room. I would stay here again.

disappointing lack of room service although the information systems in the hotel all said it did have room service. Then when descending to the restaurant on the ground floor theq were only serving miniature bar snacks an no proper meals.

We had an excellent stay. Excellent service from front desk, porters, and concierge.

Though only spending 1 night, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed spending the night after a day in London celebrating a special birthday. Thank you

I am giving bonstars due to the fact that they offered zero assistance when my entire trip was cancelled and I was hospitalized. They absolutely refused to offer a credit for future stay or even consider charging me a one night fee.

Excellent choice of hotel ,special thanks. to Juan , Kalifa, Adeline ( Rockwell ), the super attentive manager of Rockwell (didn’t get his name )and his assistant , Fred the night manager and the breakfast team of Rooftop . Everyone were very gracious, kind and efficient ,we greatly appreciated all the help and directions which made our stay worthwhile. This hotel is very clean and we felt safe though near Trafalgar Square and their restaurant ,Rockwell,has great selections of small plates , we liked the Bao ( tender and flavorful beef)cod croquettes, slider and of course the desserts limoncellomisu, soft donuts and wife’s favorite Aperol spritz . Thank you team Trafalgar London St James , what a lovely , comfortable stay @ your hotel for the 3rd time , looking forward for next one .

Good spot for tourist

From initial checkin, through to final checkout, it is really difficult to fault any aspect of this hotel. For me its the small detail, staff and location that really makes a hotel, and this hotel delivers. Large comfy king beds, quiet clean room full of luxury touches. Located in walking distance to all sights. Breakfast on the rooftop is a must!

Staff were absolutely amazing, hotel is beautiful done and I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone.

The hotel’s location is amazing and the rooftop bar serves the best cocktails with an even better view. The room was beautiful and very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and attentive.
