Outstanding location. Staff were superb and super helpful. The double bed room was A-OK, and although I didn't think I would need a kitchen, it actually came in handy.

Some aspects of the unit needed attention (more thorough shower cleaning, minor repairs needed here and there, etc.). But as a whole, this was an excellent location for our first time in London.

Stayed here for the second time and we had a lovely stay, the hotel is in a great location, close to paddington station which makes it easy to get around London, the beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing! (I miss it). I will certainly be staying here again.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past and never had the experience similar to this time. The first room assigned had dirty sheets. It seemed like no one changed the sheets after the previous guests left. The second room assigned described as an upgrade had the same issue of dirty linen, female hair on the bed and comforter. Smelled musty like a room closed for months has now been opened. Later of dust settled on the baseboards.
The bathrooms have been renovated and the distance between the bathroom door and sink is 1 inch when the door is open.
The establishment is under new ownership and it is not the same.
What a horrible experience!!!!

Lovely hotel. Really attentive and friendly staff. Room was spacious and overall clean but some strange stains on chairs and carpet. Bathroom shower pressure was excellent.
