The hotel is busy and has a modern vibe to it. With a digital check in system and Starbucks on the lobby, its fantadtic. The pool and Gym are really really good too.

Excellent hotel - good restaurant, pub and gym. Staff friendly and room was lovely. It was spacious and clean. Parking was free for 4 hours but £5 for 4-24 hours. Would recommend the hotel and stay there again

The staff are helpful, friendly and professional. The Maidstone Villiage Hotel caters for every need and is accessible to wheel chair users (even pool side).
I feel if the food was a better standard rather than "Okay" this hotel would be a little gem.
I will stay again :)

Good facilities with a pool and spa facilities to use (extra cost) however, it was very busy. The room was comfortable and clean, but lighting was poor for business travel. A desk light is needed. The food was good equality and bar / breakfast staff friendly. Reception less friendly and my room was accessible, which was not what I booked. Good location for work travel.

Fantastic stay but only one issue. The shower in the hotel room was very cold and the pressure was low.
Gym facilities and swimming pool was very good. Food at the pub grill was great and facilities to watch football.
Overall, a great stay.

All in all a pleasant stay.
Great bar/fan park area, food was of very good standard, rooms were comfy and some sky tv was a bonus. Corridor carpets and a few places were showing signs of aging, but nothing major.
I was disappointed the car park and pool were chargeable extras and the gym/pool can get very busy with none hotel members, but hey ho.

We turned up and our room was -6 degrees
We slept in our clothes and coats due to the cleaners leaving the window open and the hotel staff being less than helpful ruined our weekend totally.it took till 1am to warm up slightly with the room heater and a oil filled radiator..and the manger can not offer a refund for not by trading standards law supplying a proper service..stay clear and head for a primer inn at least they look after there customers

Do not stay at this hotel... the customer service is terrible... we booked 2 rooms by accident and they refused to refund one of the rooms even though we had initially been told it would be no problem and we did not use the second room

Not the quietest room in the hotel but almost the furthest away. It seems there were plenty of people who wanted to chat away in the corridor at midnight. But the uncomfortable experience didn't stop there.
We were situated by the bottle collection in the morning, think it was about 6am. Then it seems the yellow lines on the service road didn't deter staff parking there. Door slamming was not pleasant.
On departure, I informed the Hotel of the yellow lines and the fact that the bedroom blind was destroyed before our arrival.
The bed was comfortable but there was not air in the room at all. So I had to open the windows which allowed all the morning noise to be heard.
