Warwick Castle Hotel and Knight's Village

Good new hotel, obviously themed for visit to Castle, I would imagine great fun for children. Great location for visit to castle, racecourse and town. Fine for couples when we visited but is aiming at families.

Big room. Mainly clean. Toilet needs work. Could have had better instructions about breakfast and timings

Poor value. Cheap mattress and bunk beds. Poor dining and poor tavern

The rents are very dated and will soon need to be replaced

Exceptional stay! Wonderful staff, friendly and attentive. The room was immaculately clean and cozy. I felt very safe and secure. Good breakfast. Highly recommend.

Fortunatly/Unfortunatly I decided to have a go at Glamping on the hottest 2 days of Summer 2024. I would highly recommend the Knights Village as a novel place to stay. But be aware the tents get stupidly hot when the weather is nice. But thats just me.

I stayed in one of the lodges, which was a fair way away from the car park. The lodges themselves are really lovely, and are clean and tidy. The lodges are intended for holiday/short break and family customers so there was no area to work on my laptop. The bar area was also not suitable for that either. I can't comment on the bedrooms in the main building - maybe they're more business-oriented.

Greeted warmly by staff who helped us check in. Staff were exceptionally helpful, whatever their role. Our room was incredibly clean, with plenty of refreshments, soaps, shower gels and shampoo's. Very spacious and warm, with decor that matched the venue, which made the stay more authentic, this would really suit a family with children but as a couple we really loved the experience of staying in a cabin. Plenty of parking a available a short walk from the cabin, the castle and town but easily doable. A very slight downside is that the breakfast is a bit of a free for all, some structure would help and the drinks area so tiny for so many people, trying to juggle, drinks, children etc.

Warwick castle was very interesting and the town around it was interesting. The cabins and activities were fun especially if you have kids. We were just a couple and still enjoyed it.

It’s in lovely spot. I had a timber lodge in the knights village. Lovely and clean. Improvements would include better lighting over dressing table ( it was a work stop-over for me so lighting was important) a chair rather than hard wooden stool would have been appreciated and there are no room guides/instructions. The reception staff were lovely but a hand book of some description would have meant I could resolve my issue quickly and easily

Rooms were spacious, staff attentive, breakfast and dinner choices were tasty. We will definitely stay again

Over priced food in the evening shocking for £27 per person, couldn’t put myself through the free breakfast in the morning after that fiasco, tents cost is ridiculous. Oh and you are right on East Midlands Airport flight path, so little chance of sleep

Really lovely for glamping very plush beds and clean tents. Central bathroom facilities were immaculate and within a few moments walk. Evening entertainment was good fun and very engaging for the smaller children. Only downside was constant drone so not so good for light sleepers, but overall we thoroughly recommend a stay here when visiting the castle.

Lovely clean glamping tent. Breakfast was nice but the hot breakfast roll was only luke warm Could be improved by having a drinks station closer.

Incredible site with wonderful service from the lovely staff and great food/facilities. Would love to stay again!

My only complaints would be no toilet paper, no hooks in the particular shower that we used and the head board was broken on one of the beds..There was nothing to dry your hands with in the toilet. At the complimentary tea and coffee station there was no hot water. Other than overall it was excellent and we enjoyed it and we are keen to book again!

Long walk to parking lot from reception , Dining option limited and expensive.
