We had the best time - loving all aspects of the resort from the location on a palm tree beach, the clear and warm water, our beachfront bure, the service, the choice of 2 restaurants and the AMAZING STAFF and music. The entertainment was so magical and we simply loved it. This is a luxurious resort but not as 'posh' as the adults only resorts - for us the best of both worlds - as we stayed in an adults only area, enjoyed the quiet beach (there weren't many kids here as there isn't a kids club) but also loved the authenticity of the entertainment and the fact that it was great fun - we had so many laughs - dancing bare foot to the band on Sunday night, enjoying a jamming sing along session with the wonderful guitarist on Friday and Sat nights, watching the whole restaurant team sing their traditional songs and so on - can't recommend highly enough:)

We had an excellent stay, such a great time. Highly recommend the Beachfront Bure. Mike at the Traders cafe and Selena at Dicks restaurant were both lovely staff, and they go above and beyond for guests. Fireworks on new years Eve were a special surprise! Our only feedback is that it would have been good to know the new years eve event plans earlier as we only found out the night of and missed a lot as they were spread out over the resort.

10⭐️ This is one hotel that I would highly recommend because of their top class Fijian hospitality. Here I tasted the true Fijian authentic food which I failed to see in other resorts that we’ve stayed-in in Fiji. The service from front desk to the bar and restaurant were world class and the activities team were always ready to provide any type of daily activities you want to do. Whether its aqua or land activities. Your daily Meals | Brea-fast/lunch/dinner are included in your room cost.

Staff were just lovely We had really bad weather for 4 days heavy rain which caused quite a mess around the island -just unfortunate no fault of the resort and gave the staff a lot of cleaning up to do Food was really nice however the resort states on line and also in the welcome paperwork that the main restaurant has a buffet or you can order from an al a carte menu However this was not the case as there was only the buffet or go to the traders cafe When we were advised on night one that there was only a buffet I just assumed it was due to it being 23/12 and so close to Xmas I did check after Xmas with reception who advised that I was correct there was either a buffet of a la carte menu On the 4th night I was not happy with the style of buffet and asked again for the a la carte menu to be told there was not one However they could make me something Great but that was a disaster I was asked if I would like seafood to which I replied yes if it was the slipper lobster from the night before The staff member checked with the kitchen who said yes it would be about an hour No problem I said but an hour later when the meal arrived it was 2 scallops, fine I like those, plus a heap of mussels and unshelled prawns. I was going to go to the buffet but my husband did advise the waiter that I did not like what they had brought and it was not what they offered me. It put the wait staff in a very uncomfortable position They just need to learn communication and get things right

Wildly expensive for an average resort. Some staff made an effort others did not, inconsistent levels of hospitality. Unlike other resorts staff didn’t make an effort to get to know your name. Mission impossible to get pool towels or swap them for dry ones. There were none in our room. Was told room service would provide as part of daily clean, except they didn’t. When addressed with reception they had 4 towels sent to pool area but they couldn’t find us. Just seemed a really difficult way to do something so simple. Resort is spread out so factor in walking. No information book in room to get familiar with resort (how to book spa, hire a bicycle, activity schedule, etc). On check out no one asking how your stay was. Had expected top notch hospitality for price we paid.

Musket Cove was just what I was looking for in a holiday with a perfect balance between Fiji hospitality, their culture and the commercial aspect of resorts. All of the staff were friendly and very welcoming. Leilani at the spa is a gem, best massage I have ever had. Very relaxing holiday. Vinaka.

The resort was lovely and people as you would expect equally lovely. However food options limited. The cafe food was very greasy and fatty. The pizza I ordered inedible as it was just a pile of cheese. Unfortunately my husband and I both got sick at the same time after eating the fish curry for lunch at Dicks. The pool bar was never staffed during our entire stay and the pool was too warm to swim in. Beachfront Bure accommodation was beautiful though.

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. The beachfront bure was nicely decorated, very large and overlooking the beach and ocean. We especially loved sitting on the patio enjoying the view. The staff was friendly and the pool was a nice spot to relax. However, the food was not great. The fish appeared to be frozen (surprising for an island) and the breakfast was the same underwhelming items day after day. There was the option to order eggs but they messed up my order so many times that I stopped ordering. Also, the first day, they had an abundance of fresh lilikoi and mango, but after that, it was the standard honeydew, pineapple, and watermelon. The Indian-themed night was delicious, but otherwise, we did not really enjoy the food. There's nowhere else to really eat except the island, especially if you get the all-inclusive package, so that detracted from the vacation. The hotel runs daily activities and tours, which were a nice option to get out and about. We enjoyed the complimentary kava ceremony and daily music. However, others were pricy for what they were. For example, the island hopping tour included dropping us off at Castaway Island for two hours and a little bit of snorkeling for 170FJ. Also, the sheets were very rough (my partner called them sandpaper) and there was broken glass in our shower upon arrival. Lastly, we were supposed to get a free bottle of wine on arrival, which was not there and we ended up having to ask twice to finally have it delivered.

LOVED this resort! Stayed in a beachfront bure and it was beautiful - very spacious, clean, comfortable bed, and just steps from the beach with a beautiful view. Staff were super friendly and helpful, singers in the lounge and live band at the island bar were fantastic. Loved the casual, relaxed, island vibes. Loved having the grocery store on site too. If you are a reader though, need to bring your own books as there is no library, only books for sale. The only thing that we were missing was wifi in the room, had to go to the restaurants or lobby to get wifi. For us Canadians, it was very hot/humid, but being oceanfront we had a decent breeze. Had we had a room that was more inland it might have been too hot to sit outside. But air conditioning in the room was good. Would absolutely love to stay here again!
