The staff were friendly and accommodating.
They would come out to help with our luggage each time we get in and out. The swimming pool was a bonus as we had grandkids who love water. Room service to change linen and towels every second day. Rooms were reasonably clean.

The place is surprisingly good. Hidden away from the busy roads and public noise. I enjoyed my stay, the family room catered well for my needs with the three beds as friends came to sleep over for a night each.
Very clean and good sitting place outside beside the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Secure place with a night security there opening and closing gate very late at night.
Will book there again next time.

Highly recommend customer service training for the staffs especially the ones serving at reception. It would be great if the customers are served with a smile and warm welcome, not a hostile and judgmental stare especially when serving Itaukei people

You have to have the art to get in and out. The property was not meant to be a hotel but a a house but was converted to hotel. Rooms are not similar ro one another. All different. All different fixtures and mostly damaged stuff. Beds have springs out. Light switches not normal place. Have to hunt them.

The staff member on duty when i checked in will probably need some training on customer service . The linen wasnt clean, floors could have done with a mop and it felt like i had to convince the staff member to take the effort to help rectify the issues.

No phones in the rooms.No speakers to warn you if there's a fire.Smoke detector had been removed.Staff were very helpful and pleasant.. check in and out was a breeze.Dogs in the neighborhood were very noisy all night.
