Great hotel located near the airport and Nadi town. The staff are very welcoming and always smiling. Rooms are very clean and on time service. Food is amazing and bar is available near the pool to relax and enjoy. I will return to Tanoa hotel again. Thanks to the staff at Tanoa, BULA

The staff were amazing and the food was great. Honestly it was the staff and the people who made it so wonderful, they were kind and helpful and supportive when we were travelling with our young baby. It felt like a second home!

The pool was out undergoing renovation which was a bummer dude.
Great breakfast buffet (included for us) with hot and cold options.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I would definately only stay here if I was in Nadi again.

I booked an executive king room and the photos I saw online looked different to actual room, especially the cleanliness of it.
The room was extremely smelly from air condition. The room didn’t feel comfortable for me. Thank goodness it was only an overnight stay. I don’t think I’ll book again.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, we moved rooms the 2nd day and they moved our luggage but didn't move my purse to our new room. I called the front desk asking about my purse but they couldn't find it and they said they would call me back and hour later no call back so I called again and the answer was the same they couldn't find it. Then 2 hours later I went down to the front desk to ask about it again and the answer was still the same. I asked guest services if I can check their luggage holding room, my purse was just sitting on the shelve. Front desk didnt bother to check that room. There was no initiative taken to find my purse.
Then we went for dinner we had ordered pizza which took 1 hour to cook and be served. There were 5 other tables that got their "pizza" and food before us and they all got there after us.
The service was very disappointing and slow.
The entire experince was quiet disappointing given I had high expectations and was looking forward to our stay.

The shuttle bus was to meet as pre-arranged when my flight landed. I had to get one of the airport staff to ring them to arrange my pickup. After this all went smoothly until the next morning when again the shuttle was not provided at the pre-arranged time, therefore having to book a taxi to the international airport.
