Increidible stay! Shower and bed and location 3 blocks from city center. Staff was amazing, helps us with a map, travel advise and place to park 2 free directions 2 blocks from the hotel. Super safe zone, clean and smells really good! I love it

Good location in a very interesting historic city to visit. Clean, quiet and comfortable room in an older hotel that appears well kept up. Good value.

the soap of the shower was empty at our arrival and stays the same for all the period. meaning that the staff did not cleaned the shower during all the period. i did not asked for replacement since i use my own soap but it was for checking if they will replace by themself .
the WIFI was not so good and i had difficulties to connect.

The place was fine and clean. The room wasn't that big, but that was ok for the time I stayed there.
The only thing to watch out is the Check-In before 11pm, after that reception is closed.
Hotel is well located, not far from public transports (buses and trams) and it seemed not far from the old city centre.
Quiet residential area, with a park on the opposite side of the main entrance.

Wanted to sleep in but at 8:30am, the staff were loudly talking just outside our room for a solid hour and we could not sleep any more. Not sure if they realize that floor has many guests trying to rest.

Extremly disappointed. I was given a room in the basement, with absolutely no day light. Moreover, there was a lot of noise from the hall, as the basement was mostly use for the service staff to get cleaning supplies etc., so I "enjoyed" a lot of slamming doors. The room itself was dirty (sheets not clean see picture, spider webs in the corners), the bath room light was not working, the shower curtain was missing and there was a huge hole in the wall under the window (see picture). Tried to address this to the front staff, but the staff member was busy in a private Skype conversation and spoke very little English.
Considering that I paid close to 100€ a night I would expect for the room to at least be clean and for the staff to be friendly and able to communicate. I moreover send a written complaint to the hotel, but never received an answer.

Room leaves a few things they could add. For instance we had to go to front desk to request hair dryer. There is no place next to bed to set anything. How about adding a shelf above the headboard?? Receptionist on registering insisted we pay for breakfast day before. Hotel is next to a park & also well located to cathedral- 15-20 minute walk.
