Very small rooms. I requested double bed on Expedia but got two twins. No air conditioning . Breakfast very basic for 8 Euros which is understandable. Staff nice and helpful.

Hôtel très propre, situé à une centaine de mètres du seul grand parking public gratuit que nous avons vu à Lourdes, avec des chambres offrant une vue dégagée, en particulier sur les montagnes.
Dommage qu’un grand hôtel pareil n’ait pas d’émulsionneur de lait pour préparer un cappuccino ! Et il est regrettable qu’il soit interdit d’apporter dans les chambres nourriture et/ou boisson de l’extérieur.

Very clean. Slow elevator. Didn’t eat meals there but no food or drink allowed in rooms. Few parking was a 3 minute walk across a bridge on the other side of the river. 10 minute walk to the Basilicas and lots of restaurants. Wifi didn’t work on our last night (front desk coverage is limited) but the kind night security guard let me hot spot from his phone.

A higiene do quarto deixou muito a desejar, desede a casa de banho com fungos nas cortinas da banheira, as paredes de quarto com fungos, o cheiro acutilante das alcatifas e à publicidade enganosa no que toca ao parque de estacionamento, quando diz ter parque de estacionamento, e o que oferecem é o parque da cidade. A Hall de entrada estava sempre cheio de clientes, a abarrotar, o que nunca nos deu a oportunidade de usufruir os lugares comuns na nossa estada de três dias.

It a little from to the sanctuary. The breakfast was buffet but the choice was limited. Otherwise all is good and the people running the place was nice and very nice.
