For the first time in Paris. I really got lucky that this place had almost everything I needed. The second place i stayed was a better location but did not justice for me. I would definitely stay in the apartments again if I ever returned!

Even though we checked in late, the room I reserved was not ready, the online pics were misleading, there was a foul smell throughout the hall, the room, and in the reception area, and the parking was not included in the price. However, the staff was really nice and it was conveniently located near the Metro, a grocery store, and numerous restaurants.

The place was tidy and easy to find. Metro was right there and a grocery was so convenient. The kitchen table and tiling in the bathing room could have been updated a bit more. However fine to sleep and tour Paris. Especially if you are not really relying on the hotel for food or to relax and hang out. We had jammed packed days so perfect for us.

I chose this place for the price and location which were both great. The staff was very nice. I also knew like most places they didn't have air conditioning. Checking the weather i didn't think we would need it. Unfortunately the second week was a heat wave and every day was 97 degrees. So it was hard to sleep. You do have a fan. I asked for another one and was told they didn't have any more. And from sweating at night they only clean the rooms every few days which sucked. I did like this place and would recommend if you don't care about air.

They were doing renovations and too much noise that they didnt care that we are sleeping with kids at 7 am , they didnt clean the room our entire visit

Great location - right next to metro station, above supermarket, restaurants nearby etc.
Note this hotel did not have AC so the rooms are unbearably hot in summer.

Less than a minute to metro and grocery store in the ground floor is so convenient. Staff is good and respectable. Hotel has good crockery to cook. We had problem with hot water during the stay and had to bath with cold water in the evening. Morning also after 3 people bath, rest has to do cold water bath.

The location is terrific--right next to the metro with a supermarket and parking garage in the same building. Our room was simple but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was the tile floor in the entry/kitchenette squeaked with every step we took. Don't know if it was sticky or something else.

The hotel does not have aircon but provide fans. Right next to a metro station, 20 mins from centre of Paris which was good. The hotel could be cleaner and breakfast choices could be wider. Has a grocery shop called Casino underneath which is really good.
