The problem was at checkin. I arrived after 8:30pm so there were no staff, the checkin machine required a physical card which I had not brought with me (I was cycle touring). I tried the emergency button but the person who answer was all “nothing I can do”. I slept in the lobby until 2am when an irritated staff member woke me and after some persuasion checked me into my room.

I chose B&B Avignon because few days prior we stayed at this B&B in Ulm,Germany that was fantastic! But this B&B is absolutely awful!
Those type of hotels that you get scared off when you walk in the parking lot.
We have kids and we didnt like the type of people who also stayed in. More like a "hourly motel" type.
Very very disappointed

Nous n'avons pas réussit à nous reposer car la clim faisait un bruit dingue.
Même éteinte, le bruit du circuit ne s'arrête pas.
Ps : le receptioniste au bou du fil (interphone) était serviable.

I made the payment through the website (agoda.com). However, they told me that I had not been paid when I checked in. After waiting for a while, they solved the problem. However, it was both a waste of time and a demoralizing situation. I do not know who caused the problem, I hope these problems do not occur again.

Nuit en chambre quadruple avec mezzanine.
Malgré la présence d'une climatisation, sa puissance n'est pas du tout adaptée au volume. Nous avons eu très, très chaud...
Dommage car la chambre est plutôt agréable et le personnel disponible et sympathique.

Un lit propre, une douche dans la chambre. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Pour passer une 1 ou 2 nuits convient parfaitement. Pas de bruit, possibilité d'arriver à n'importe quelle heure avec code.

En famille pour une nuit nous avons pris une chambre avec mezzanine.
L'hôtel en lui même est sympa et semble rénové mais même si vous l'avez éteint, le bloc clim souffle du chaud en permanence (nous avons dormi dans une chambre à 29-30°)... Ce qui ne surprend pas les personnes a l'accueil.
Le bloc clim au sol fait également un bruit de fou toute le nuit (claquements) que vous ne pouvez pas arrêter... Vous ouvrez alors la fenêtre mais le bowling juste en face vous empêche de dormir jusqu'à sa fermeture !
Inadmissible de fournir un service aussi déplorable (j'aurais dû lire les avis qui relatent le même problème depuis des années avant de réserver !)
Passez votre chemin, au même prix il y a d'autres hôtels disponibles !
