The rooms feel somewhat dated, and the bathrooms have a very narrow bathtub. For the bathroom size, a shower would be a better option.
The high-speed internet is sufficient for general use, but certain business VPN connections are restricted, which can make remote work challenging.
While there is coffee provided in the room, it’s instant coffee. However, this wasn’t an issue for us since there are plenty of charming coffee shops and restaurants just steps away from the hotel.
On the positive side, the location is excellent, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are reasonably priced. I would recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Travel often to Toulouse, always stay at Capitole. Just make sure to plan how to get In and Out of the area, some roads are closed to locals/taxis only.

A good location. On the surface a nice hotel staff friendly. But it is dated with for example worn carpets and old showers. The hotel is noisey and with creaky pipes and loud aircon and the lifts in the centre of the building so if you get a room near them you can hear all day and night.

If you are going to explore Toulouse, this is the perfect hotel. It is extremely reasonably priced and very comfortable. It is quiet and safe and has excellent breakfasts. The staff are friendly and helpful. Most of all, it is perfectly located to walk to the major sites in Toulouse.

Excellent location in Toulouse.Within walking distance of most must see attractions in the city. Quiet room. Very dark as only had one window. No view. Breakfast buffet was priced at over double what was on offer in excellent restaurants within a very short walk. Housekeeping was very good. Reception staff were great. I would use this hotel again

All amazing! Even the fact that my bed didn’t have a sheet on it didn’t bother me (I went out for dinner and got back after midnight and couldn’t be bothered fussing over a sheet and my sleep was incredible anyway. I travelled with my dog and although he was welcome, for a few, it would have been nice if he had been considered by way of at least a water bowl but again I cannot stress enough that this was a great stay.

The best location in Toulouse, right at the central square. The hotel is not new but in decent condition. The premium room had a view into the dull courtyard, and the hallways were too long with fluffy carpets, not spinner luggage friendly. Otherwise a very nice option for exploring Toulouse, we are quite happy and would stay again if we come back.

This is an almost three star property. We were on the fourth floor which had experienced water damage and still had a musty smell. The room was ok, but the bathrooms could use a renovation and the bidet made it feel unsanitary.

Location is just perfect as you are in the heart of the city. You can easily walk to main museums and the main shopping streets are just around the corner. Nice staff and spacious room with AC - good to have in Summer.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Plaza Hotel Capitole and I can say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had.
The room was immaculate, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. The hotel's cafeteria had a delicious breakfast
I had a car and they have a discount for the public parking across the street I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toulouse. You cannot beat the location!
