Dream Castle Hotel

Wonderful Stay! My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of our honeymoon. It was wonderful! Large rooms, very clean and comfortable! I’d absolutely stay again! The breakfast buffet is included in the room rate and very good! Shuttle to Disneyland was very helpful and appreciated. Staff was helpful and kind.

Clean and cozy place. It was just in the middle of know where. The food options were very limited. Bottled water was horrible.

From arriving to the front door, to checking out our stay was absolutely magical! The smell in the hotel is absolutely amazing and I think it just elevates the experience! The decorations throughout the hotel is absolutely wonderful and although they technically aren’t a Disney hotel I feel like they did a really wonderful job with all the decorations! The price wasn’t too cheap but wasn’t too expensive either. I feel like for a couple, it was worth it considering you get free shuttle rides to and from Disney! I find the times aren’t too accurate but was not really a big deal. Breakfast was included although not the best, it was fine! Enough to keep you filled and energised walking through the parks. The toilets could do with a bit of renovating as it was a little outdated but nothing too serious! The bar in reception served really good food and had coffee (Starbucks). The view from my room was absolutely spectacular hopefully that’s what we get the next time we stay! It was so easy to store luggage’s with them as well after we have checked out so we could explore Paris and the Disney village. MOST of the staff were very nice and helpful except for one member of staff during the day in reception called (Em__) fill out the letters however you want. She was snotty with me and my friends while checking in AND out so I don’t know what her problem is. It was the only complaint to an otherwise magical stay! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Gorgeous hotel, delicious breakfast, super convenient shuttle.

Hotel was fine, staff were good. Price for dinner is far too expensive, we payed over £120 euros for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Family oriented, shuttle to disneyland

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice with a variety of options for all preferences. Good location for Disney with regular buses.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff were lovely. I don’t like that breakfast seems a bit of a free for all… it was manic! In the evening we had people trying to gain access to our room through the adjoining door and making a huge noise. Kids were running up and down the corridors between 11 and midnight screaming. Plus after paying €300 a night in accommodation to then have to pay another €17 a day in parking seems excessive.

I thought this property was going to be comparable to the Dolphin & Swan hotel in Orlando. It is not that. The hotel was dirty. Breakfast was very mismanaged made it unsanitary. The buffet for dinner is okay not worth the price unless it’s volume you like. Rooms are not vacuumed and there is no complimentary water. The TV does not have modern amenities let alone old ones it does not have decent cable signal you barely get 12 channels and I repeat if there is signal. The WiFi is awful you only get decent signal in the reception. There is a playground and a pool that is nice for kids we did not use the playground only the pool that was nice. Very let down over all.

Amazing hotel, gorgeous decor, smells amazing! The rooms are large, we had a double queen room which was fab! 10 mins in free shuttle to Disney. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Magical hotel for a magical trip!

we stayed here for 3 nights, and i can not fault the hotel at all, it was clean and well looked after, the staff are very friendly and helpful. would definitely stay here again

Hotel was very busy lots of people in lobby yet was not being cleaned. Lots of rubbish lying around and left on the chairs. Toilets in lobby not useable as they were so dirty.

Myself and my partner only ever stay in this hotel when we go to Disneyland, which has been roughly 4 times and counting. The best all-rounder, in our opinion

They spoiled my occasion for which we planned the trip. They gave candy cake for 45 years old which is really bad . It was paid cake but of no good.

Hotel was lovely however there was an extra hidden charge on arrival we didn’t know about and still unsure why they charging per adult. Day staff were generally helpful and polite but noticed a difference in staffs attitude from day to evening/night, especially at the bar area. Maybe they are working long hours but this needs to be considered when thinking about customers overall experience. Also my nephew was keen to try out the hotels crepe station while there, seen on a lot of the hotel reviews, but it wasn’t open once while there for 4 nights. It’s not a big issue as we found crepes in the park etc but if you are thinking of trying them out at the hotel you might want to ask staff but be warned they seem short staffed at this hotel.

I would like to say our initial impressions of the hotel were amazing. However as our stay progressed more issues arose.The swimming pool area was dangerous a drain not securely fitted causing one of the children to slip and cut their toe open this was eventually fixed when reported but I would have hoped that this would have been checked before opening.The lobby also had broken glass on the floor from the night before in the morning! The pool was opened over an hour late which meant less time in there before our check out, the staff tried to blame it on technical difficulties when this was obviously not the case. The photos on their website showed a children’s corner which was not open until the last two days of our stay.The travel cot we were given was disgusting we ended up purchasing our own. Other guests were shouting in the hallways at 3am and banging on our doors The bedrooms are so so hot despite the heating being turned off and windows open, in December!The shuttles on the way back from Disney are dangerous and overcrowded, the people getting onto the shuttles pushed and barged young children, elderly people as though they couldn’t care less.For the price we paid, we would definitely opt for an on site Disney hotel in the future. Parking is also pricey We did put in a complaint to highlight the issues and they have advised they will look into some of them, which I hope they do. We do understand that there were some disrespectful guests staying at the time too.

I loved our stay very comfortable, only issue was the awful shuttle bus service just so busy and people pushing you, and same at breakfast, far too busy, always manic Would definitely return loved our stay
