The hotel is in a walking distance from Gare du Nord and 4 mins away from two tube stations which was excellent. Hotel is modern and very clean, staff helpful and friendly. We had a family room with a seperate one for our child attached to ours. We loved our stay and would definitely go back!

The EST hotel is an excellent place for visitors who plan to be out and about most of the time. The location is fairly central and easy to get to from anywhere in the city.
The hotel rooms are not fancy, but the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is super clean and the staff was extremely helpful.

Fabulous place to stay. Staff were welcoming and very helpful especially Alam who served breakfast.
Would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly return.

I was not allowed to have my friend visit me in my room as you have to leave your key with front desk every time you leave and the rude night agent said no guests were allowed. It was awful.

When I booked the hotel it was inclusive of breakfast. I was told by the receptionist this was not the case, even though they advertise as breakfast included.
I was forced to pay an extra 212 euros.
This is a swindle.

The staff was very nice; however, there is no security in picking up your key every time you return to the hotel, so you could ask for any room key and they don’t request any photo ID. The property advertises that the rooms are sound proof, however, there is nothing soundproof in them. We were laying in bed and could literally hear the people showering in the room next to us. We could also hear their entire conversation word for word in the people next to our room and in the hall.

We arrived in the morning after an overnight flight and were able to store our luggage until check in which was great! We were able to freshen up in the lobby bathroom. The window opened in our room for a breeze which was nice, especially at night. However one of the twin beds was just about rock hard and I was not able to sleep. No fridge or microwave in the room, however that wasn't an issue for us.

Great stay, hotel is real close to the metro station so we could visit all city without any problem. Bed is so comfortable. No air conditioner however it has a ventilator which was enough for the heat.

Wanted a good 3 star hotel close to Gare du Nord but within walking distance to the River Seine and the Est hotel seemed like a good option. All staff were friendly with me being an English speaker and even humoured me with my attempts of speaking French. The room was fine to use as basecamp and met all my requirements. One good thing is you gove your keys at reception every time you leave so no need to worry about loosing them whilst exploring.

The reception in this hotel smelt amazing and the rooms seemed very clean and well serviced. The hotel was also only about 10 minutes from gare du Nord so is perfect for the Eurostar and travelling throughout central Paris.
The only thing I would point out negatively was that the staircase made me feel a little nervous as the rails weren’t that high, and the windows opened out fully on the landing which made me quite nervous with a 6 year old. There is a landing where you don’t need to pass that part so may be worth mentioning if travelling with children or asking specifically for a lower floor. Other than that a great hotel and really reasonable.

Cheap option for a room for 3 in expensive Paris
Close to Gard du Nord and metro stations.
Friendly helpful staff.
Clean basic rooms, tea coffee,bottles of water. 3rd person bed in their own room for privacy.
Did everything we wanted for a couple of nights away. Would stay again.

Comveniently located very close to Gare del Est, Metro and RER.
Bery friendly staff and the breakfast is very good / complete for a very reasonable fare.
Property does not have A/C in the rooms, however it was not necessary (end of June 2023).
