Great stay. Yeah the carpet looked a bit worn but aside from that it was a perfect stay. The room was comfortable, the beds comfortable. The two single beds on the sofa bed was perfect for our two children. The metro was only a 5 minute walk away. The staff were super helpful. My only downside would be how difficult it is to find the front entrance the first time, I feel like this could be communicated better. Loved the balcony.

Bad behaviour at check in where we have been discriminated. A customer before us was asked to wait 30 minutes to get his room. We have been asked to come back in 3 hours.
Lack of TV, when asked simply the answer was pathetique. You will have tv maybe next year. Of course, we never had TV and no compensation for this. Never come back!

Good location if using public transport. Extremely difficult to find if you are driving and do not know the area. It’s a one way direction so if past the street, have numerous turns and different roads to get back on track. Room was good but dated. Receptionist helpful.
