Great location in the heart of Paris. The elevator is extremely small so keep that in mind. Moving luggage around may be a little tricky.

Great location, clean rooms. In a popular and busy foot-traffic area so there can be some outside noise but I didn’t find it to be too much. Super easy to/from both airports via RER and metro at Chatelet.
There’s only one tiny elevator and it can be backlogged when the maids are cleaning so keep that in mind especially if you have a morning departure!

This small hotel is located in an ideal location to enjoy Paris, one block from Les Halles train/metro station. The lobby, rooms, and elevator are tiny, but the staff are wonderfully helpful, the decor is tasteful, and the bed was comfortable. The extra cost breakfast was tasty and well provisioned. The street noise is less because it's a walking area. There were some items in the room that weren't working and needed repair, and we reported these to the desk when we left.

The hotel does not look and feel like the picture. The bathroom was nice and confortable but the room felt like it needed some updating. The furniture looked banged up. The carpet looked old. The night staff was very personable and friendly. The day time staff was initially having a hard time being patient and willing to listen to my requests as he was trying wget back to a phone call. But once he focused his attention he was very professional and extremely helpful.

Staff was amazing and super helpful. Their small room is … quite cozy. If you have a large suitcase, you’ll need to open it on the bed but totally worth it. The hotel is right around the corner from the metro and is on a pedestrian mall so no worries about traffic. Tons of great restaurants nearby. 10/10.

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The front desk staff were wonderful; very hospitable, efficient and helpful. The location was very busy which is understandable when you stay in the middle of the town. The breakfast was good. The only constructive criticism that we have is that there was very limited closet space for our clothes, and that the elevator was ridiculously small. The carpeting also needs to be updated especially the one in the elevator.

It was a great location. And the service at the front desk was great. Stairs were funny, elevator was tiny. If you have any mobility issues you shouldn’t stay here. But is a good clean hotel if you can climb stairs. Breakfast is definitely not worth the cost.
