Fantastic hotel. Stayed for 12 days and the rooms are specious and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is brilliant.

Jessica, our check in representative was awesome. She provided excellent service and came across very genuine. She went out of her way to get us into our room quickly, as we just came off flight from US. Excellent customer service.

Nice hotel in great location

The property was at the entrance to a metro line so transportation was easy. The entrance door was automated by the staff, who were also helpful. The rooms were spacious and the hotel was in easy proximity to a lot of attractions and food.

Right in the heart of a great neighborhood

The stay was really good. The hotel is beside the metro which is very convenient to go anywhere within the city. The location was awesome at Grand Boulevards Paris 9. Worth living though the rooms were not so spacious. Recommended.

Very good Staff is kind

The stay was awesome and location great! My family stayed 9 nights for the Olympics and the hotel was perfect for our needs. It’s air conditioned for hotter months, has standard amenities (I.e., kettle, small fridge, safe) and some nicer touches such as slippers and a refillable glass water bottle. The lounge on the lowest floor has the water fountain and ice machine near their Starbucks station. We didn’t spend much time in this space but there’s a large tv with a couch and other seating to enjoy. The rooms themselves aren’t huge but we had two separate rooms with double beds which was perfect (3 adults). They were clean, very comfortable when we spent downtime there. There is some noise from ppl running down a hallway or the housekeepers’ carts going by the room, overall minimal. Additionally, be aware they do not usually provide face towels, standard for many hotels there , but can be requested. The hotel also has a breakfast buffet daily for a set price. We did this on most days for convenience but it was very nice. The staff there are kind and polite, offering to make omelettes based on customer preferences. There are a number of metro stations (Grand Blvd st is directly in front of the hotel entrance), bus stops, and the taxi service (which staff helped set up for us and made sure we didn’t accept any unnecessary charges). The restaurant scene is plentiful but you can hop around for anything. This was really a great and we would definitely stay here again if in Paris.

Perfect location. Metro is right outside, and there’s many dining options nearby. A lot of places are walkable, about 20-30 min max to most places. The hotel is a bit more dated and not quite as clean as the pictures, but otherwise great value for the location.

Very accessible, surrounded by "eateries" and shops. Good staff and most helpful. American chain hotel but operated by local French people and done very well. I recommend this hotel for all its convenience.

This hotel was in the perfect location and walking distance to most monuments I wanted to visit in Paris. The hotel and room was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious and I had no issues when it came to checking in/out. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was all the noise coming from the side street at night time. I’m assuming this is normal in Paris due to the night scene but I’m thankful I had my earplugs. I would definitely return to this hotel if I were to go back to Paris.

The hotel was really well located, just in front of a tube station as well as walking distance to the main central areas. Breakfast had a wide variety and the tea section had a fantastic selection of leaf tea.

Everything about the hotel was great. Lovely breakfast with lots of options. Service and staff was good. I enjoy staying at HI and this one didn’t disappoint. The room was a decent size for Paris. I would stay again. My only comment is that if you have slight mobility issues, request an accessible room. Our room had a few steps to take from the elevator and the tub was a bit raised from the floor.

Soen, he ss very friendly and nice. He upgraded our rooms so that we can have the life landing to our rooms which need not carries our heavy luggage up to the room initially been allocated.

Only had a street front. I did not like the tub in the room. Unfortunately, it is very high & very difficult to get in or out. I know that is normal for European bathrooms to have a tub, but in the future I would probably ask for shower only. I. Am only 5’1” and a Senior, climbing over tub could be dangerous.

Terrible staff and average facilities. Not a 4*.
