Hotel du Pin Nice Port

The hotel was across the street from my son & his family, so it was very convenient to return every night from their apartment.

Staff were more than happy to help and gave lots of advice on places to visit

Amazing location staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough breakfast was plentiful and a decent selection.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Du Pin Nice Port. We arrived around 1pm and shortly after that our room was ready. The room is small & the bathroom is very small , but it was clean and served the purpose. I love the area around the hotel & it is just a few minute walk from Garibaldi square & the Tram & bus stops. The breakfast was better that expected. Only minor issues were I wish they had an ice machine & the restaurant bar downstairs does not allow you to bring a beer back to your room.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Always went the extra mile with every guest. Breakfast was good. Location 5 mins walk to port, round corner from cafés and restaurants, train station 15 minutes walk. Would visit again.

Stayed before a cruise departure. Walk to port pulling luggage was not difficult- flat and a short walk

This was a great location in Nice! You walk out of the hotel right into the action. There are many dining and beverage options! It is a short walk to the beach and to the port. We couldn't have asked for a better location!

Basic hotel room, in a nice area, close to the port. Staff were extremely nice and helpful.

I wouldn’t recommend. Noisy location above several bars. Super small bathroom area and dirty carpets and walls. Breakfast was mostly sweets and for the price I would rather air bnb.

Location is amazing. Walking distance from all attractions. There is a lot of restaurants in the area. Even witj all the restaurants and bar nearby we slept like babies. We did not ear anything coming from the outside. The only thing is the breakfast. I mean come on please ad a waffle or pancake station. As for the coffee it was not France quality. But dont get me wrong would go back for sure.

Location was great! There are loads of restaurants and cafes nearby and a grocery store a 2 minute walk away. The downside is that it is very noisy at nighttime with lots of people just opposite the hotel and music. The rooms however were TINY - I mean not even enough space to open up a cabin sized suitcase and the bathroom was genuinely smaller than a cupboard under the stairs. It was also not clean and despite speaking to reception about this it was not rectified. The carpet was not hoovered and full of dust and there was hair on the bathroom floor when we first arrived. Upon staying there they never changed the sheets and did not clean the room thoroughly. The room did not come with a kettle nor tea and there was no iron. To be honest there wouldn’t be space to iron anyway. The breakfast buffet was extremely limited - they had croissants and bread and only one type of cereal. They only had pre-made ‘omelette’ that was cold and bland and no other type of egg. It was disappointing to be honest. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.
