The hotel lobby is too small. Water drainage is too slow. Other than that, everything is good. Very convenient location

The lobby is in the pedestrian only area and about 150 mtr from the nearest road side. Quite bad for 4 or 5 star hotel. Also you can hear the traffic noise and see some light from the neon sign in front of the hotel.

Not impressed. Pillows were like rocks. Shower didn’t drain and was horrible. Furniture was worn out with stains.

All staff is nice and friendly. The service of the receptionist, phunkyi is exceptionally good. I left my backpack in the Uber, she helped all her best to get it back. The hotel is close to subway, the breakfast is good, but need more lightning in the room. One more chair in the Premier room will be good.

Clean and great location. Not overly ‘parisien’ but well located for walking to Louvre, Orsay etc

Great location, room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the balcony. Nice breakfast and very comfortable bed.

I loved this property. It was a very convenient location for food, shopping, and excursions. The entire staff was very helpful and breakfast every morning turned out to be more convenient than we anticipated. The room was cleaned every day. We decided to go with the suite for more space and did not regret it. The stay was so pleasant that I would stay here every time I’m in Paris.

I loved this hotel. The location was perfect and being on a pedestrian street made the location more quaint and quiet. I would definitely return.

The location was great. The staff associates were pleasant but the hotel photos did not adequately depict overall hotel condition and amenities.

There was no notice anywhere that their hotel bar and lobby is under construction. You walk into a wall. Told us we could leave if we didn’t like it. Whatever you do don’t pay full price, many others around that are better. Room size was good and staff at breakfast was delightful. Stay away till 2024 !

we had a VERY spacious nuce junior suite. room standard is superior BUT, junior suits ARE HIGHLY not recomended to those whose sleep is bothered by noise - the sound proofing sucks and those rooms are on the main road. I wish we could have a much smaller room deep inside the lovely pedestrian street

Great service from front desk, housekeeping and breakfast area service. Love the size of the room, the balcony, the robes and slippers detail. This was the only hotel as compared from hotels in our trips to London, Lisbon, Porto and Lyon where you have the option to use the air conditioning instead of the heater. Paris Winter was not quite cold this year and we didn't need heat. The location was in an inner courtyard, and quiet though we were only a 3-minute walk from the Opera. Convenient location if you have shopping in mind, Galerie Lafayette buildings were only a 7-minute walk.

Highly recommend this hotel! My wife and I arrived a few hours before check-in and we were pleasantly greeted by the staff who offered to start the process anyway and offered to hold our luggage so we could explore the area. They even called us when our room was ready! We expected the room to be smaller so it was a nice surprise when we walked in. Plenty of room. The windows opened to a small balcony that overlooked the quiet street below which is pedestrian only. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very nice, especially the rain shower! This hotel has an excellent location, it’s a very short walk to the beautiful Palais Garnier Opera in one direction, and Place Vendome in the other. It’s also an easy walk to the Louvre Museum from the hotel. The Opera Metro station is only a block and a half away which we used several times to easily access other parts of the city. I will mention that although the breakfast had fresh, quality items there wasn’t anything there of any substance. Just a few pastries, bread, and fruit. What they did offer was good and they will make you a coffee which was nice. The dining area is pretty small but it is a nice option if you want something quick and light. Overall we loved our stay here. It was our first time in Paris and we feel lucky to have chosen a hotel that impressed us as much as this one did. No research necessary when we come back, we will be happy to stay here again. Thank you!

Clean and modern hotel room. Hotel staff was pleasant and very helpful. Location is excellent: for catching RER train to Disney (Auber station), Bus Tours of the city (Opera stop) and not far from Eurostar.
