I agree with the other reviews. Very good location and good breakfast and it’s clean. We didn’t need to ask for anything extra and the stay was very pleasant.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Nice. 2 mins walk from the tram station, 10 mins into the old town, 25 minutes to the port. The standard room was spacious and clean - the bathroom was very small but it suited us perfectly for a 2 night stay. Beds were comfortable but pillows were think and there was only one spare one between 2 people. I still slept very well. I did hear a but of noise from other rooms (talking) which i imagine might be a problem in high season when the hotel is full, but for our November it was fine. Coffee bar at reception was a nice touch and completely free. There was also water, syrups, and sweets- and even croissants one day too. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel as they advised me prior to our stay that they could not cater for gluten free. The breakfast room looked nice though. Staff were helpful and friendly, allowing us to store luggage before check in. They even left a voucher for wine and some chocolates for my partners Birthday whoch was lovely. Our room had a large opening window which looked out onto the street - nice and quiet, lovely to get the sun in, and a nice place to sit. We paid £45 per night for 2 of us room only which was an absolute steal - i wouldn't hesitate to stay again, and would be happy to pay more.

Stayed here for four nights while visiting Nice and absolutely loved this hotel! The best part about it is the location, it is right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants and is only a short 10 min walk to the heart of Old Town and the beach. It’s also a short walk to the train station which was so convenient when travelling to other cities. The rooms were spacious enough and the service was wonderful. Our room also came with free breakfast which had a lot of varieties and was super convenient. There was also a free coffee and water station which was so nice not having to buy water! I would definitely stay at this hotel again and strongly recommend it to other travellers to Nice who want a good location for a reasonable price!

The hotel was easy to find, it's in a walkable area, and the staff are great. The room itself was quite small (not much room to walk around the bed) and the shower in the bathroom was TINY. But it was nicely decorated, the breakfast each morning was nice, and you're only a few minutes walk from the tourist areas. Great value for money.

The location of the hotel is great for exploring. The hotel in itself is nice, the staff are very pleasant. Like most of our stay in Nice, Lyon, Cannes the hotels aren’t the best. Terrible soundproofing, and quite dated. But overall it’s clean and comfortable.

The location is great. You can walk everywhere. Super close to de Duomo, shopping and plenty of dining options highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On the last night of our stay, someone broke into our hotel room, accessed to our electronic safe (which was locked and secured with a unique 4 digit code), and stole all of our cash. We immediately reported this to the reception as soon as noticing the door of the electronic safe was open when we entered to our room. However, the receptionist on duty initially doubted our claim and suggested that we might have left the door open (which we did not for sure). Despite our insistence on the severity of the situation, we were told to wait until the morning to call the police. The following morning, the manager tried to investigate the incident by attaching a key card machine to our room door to track entries and exits. There were no cameras on 2nd floor where we stayed, and only cameras at the entrance of the hotel, and that’s it!. The results confirmed an unauthorized entry into our room with a duplicate key during our absence. It was also discovered that there was no receptionist monitoring the hotel entrance at that time of the incident. Even though with all these facts, hotel management ignored our claim and didn’t help us recover the money was stolen from us at the property. Also, Orbitz customer service was not helpful and didn’t stay on our side to support with the situation. We are very disappointed with no solution during our stay abroad and do not recommend this hotel and definitely do not recommend Orbitz to anyone.

I was recommended to book this Hotel and i am so happy i booked.. Very helpful friendly staff and after a long journey so nice to open the door to a clean safe space...and relax... Very close to all you may need or wish to see... Thank you so much...

Great location. Only issue we had was returning to our room to find that someone had consumed our wine and left the paper cup on the shelf in the bathroom. The response from the manager was unremarkable and nothing was said during our checkout.

Really, convenient for old town, shopping, train and tram, clean comfortably and great breakfast.

A cosy and charming hotel. Staff were very kind and helpful. Great location in Nice. The beach is a 5 min walk.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, gave us a lot of information about how to get around the city and trams. Nothing was too much for them. Room was clean and was large in size. The hotel was a slightly noisy as read in other reviews but it’s what is expected of a city hotel for a decent price. It was clean and comfortable. Location we felt was great! Round the corner from the night street and a few minutes walk to the main square. We were very pleased!

Nice hotel close to old town and beach. Trolly line on main street next to hotel. Great coffee and bread store nearby. Hotel held my luggage for 3 days between trips which was nice. Rooms are very tight w queen bed and shower as well. Could use smaller bed to make room to walk around room

We stayed at this hotel on two diff segments. Second time there was mildew above shower. Overall for both rooms the room is very tight. Bed is too large for room and no walk around one side and closet I way of other I even paid for larger room. Now staying at another hotel and for $20 more much larger room and shower and amentities inc coffee, refridge and other items NAP hotel did not.

The hotel is in a great location and most places of interest are within walking distance. The room was very comfortable. The service was excellent. The person at the front desk was very helpful and offered a lot of advice for our trip. The only gripe was the noise and the thin walls. There are plenty of earplugs provided. There is nothing they can do about the street noise.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff are very nice and helpful. Many thanks for helping us out when I lost my power adaptor.
