I appreciated the quiet location in an interesting neighbourhood. I thought the accommodation and breakfast were good value and would recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Paris, including solo travellers.

No Air Conditioner during our stay. No electricity for 5 hours. This hotel should be closed

We stayed a few days at Hôtel Aviatic to visit Paris and we had a great time. The location of the hotel is perfect (5mn walking distance from Denfert Rochereau subway station), the room, despite being a bit small, was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was good enough to freshly start the day. I would recommend this place to anyone who plans to visit Paris and doesn't wish to spend too much money in a hotel.

I was staying here for just two nights as part of a larger trip. Since I was by myself and was happy for a humble landing pad, the room felt just fine — I wasn’t too picky, and it definitely felt clean, warm, and safe, the most important parts. However, my single room was very small, enough for the bed and small side table; and the quality of the mattress (hadn’t been rotated in a long time) and amenities felt like more of a “budget” experience. The room did have a charming view of the rooftops behind the building, and I liked the basic tea service/kettle in the room for a hot drink in the morning. If you think you’ll want more space, even if you’re just one person, I’d recommend going up a room size. Also, be aware that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I can’t say enough kind things about the staff; when I checked in and asked where my room was, the sweet woman at the desk immediately took my overly-heavy suitcase and carried it up three flights of stairs to my room! The other members of the team were similarly warm. Check-in was convenient, done at a machine outside the front door that gives you your room key. There are also lots of shops and metro options nearby, so even if you opt out of the €15 breakfast (which I did), you’ll have plenty of places to eat, including a bakery across the street. Overall, if you’re looking to visit Paris on the cheap, you will definitely have the basics taken care of here; just don’t go in expecting too much, and you’ll have a good stay.

Excellent location very near Denfert- Rochereau metro and OrlyBus. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast room a bit crowded at times.

Super hôtel, bon rapport qualité prix. Je le recommande à 99% (1% de moins pour le petit déjeuner que j’ai trouvé un peu trop industriel) mais sinon c’était parfait et le personnel était super. 😉

J’ai été ce week end à Paris avec un ami on a réserver notre chambre à un prix convenable pour 2 jours, la chambre étais assez petite pour ma part mais ça allais, la propreté étais à son rendez vous. L’accueil et vraiment top le seul vrai bémols et le petits déjeuner, trop de chose industrielle. Sinon super séjour ! À refaire je recommande

Chambre rénovée tout confort et très bien équipée. Personnel accueillant. Le petit-dejeuner est très sympathique. Petit bémol quant à la clim reversible très bruyante.

Zimmer sind ziemlich klein und eng ber sehr sauber. Da wir ganztägig unterwegs waren und nur zum Schlafen anwesend, war das ok. Leider gibt es keine Aufzüge und wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss sich auf teure Parkgebühren einlassen. Das Frühstück war einfach aber ok.

Le bureau d'accueil ferme à 20h, il n'y a personne jusqu'au matin 8h. On a donc affaire à un automate qui nous délivre notre clé, mais il faut payer un supplément qui dépasse la taxe de séjour. Le reçu ainsi que le numéro de la clé sont imprimés sur une bobine thermique mais le format d'impression fait que c'est presque illisible. La chambre était très froide, pas de chauffage en état de marche, passoire thermique. Mais logement globalement fonctionnel, propre, eau chaude.

Petite chambre calme, avec tout le confort. Personnel charmant et serviable. Petit déjeuner complet ( charcuterie , fromage etc) à volonté. Pour Paris excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Pas d'ascenseur 4 étages a pied, pas de détecteur incendie ni d'issue de secours, chambre sous les toits façon chambre de bonne, pas de chauffage et clim en mauvais état de fonctionnement, propreté de la literie pas au rendez-vous pour une chambre a plus de 100€

Pas un séjour mémorable, à oublier, odeur d'humidité persistante dans la chambre, pas de service d'accueil, il faut renseigner une machine. Hotel bruyant

Completely renovated hotel, in an area close to the metro and orly bus and RER. Quiet and clean and cosy pulThe only thing I would consider as an improvement is the installation of a small handrail on the right side of the staircase. for those who only use one hand it is indispensable

La ubicación es buena, el sitio normal, para dormir solo por que es muy pequeño, no tiene ventiladores y el aire acondicionado está limitado a cierta temperatura y solo funciona durante una hora por que se apaga solo, hay que encenderlo cada vez lo que para dormir es horrible. Pero lo PEOR de todo, el trato al huésped, la mujer del desayuno del día 01 de septiembre, estaba de mal humor, te atendía de mala manera, maltrató a mi madre casi tirándole el desayuno encima, cuando le cuestioné su actitud y si se encontraba daba de mal humor me respondió que si. Su actitud es inaceptable y el mal trato a mi madre, una persona mayor inaceptable. Por este incidente no volvería jamás e incito a la gente que no vaya a ese hotel. Para mi, la atención al cliente es lo más importante.

Mon séjour était bien passer, propre confortable et agréable

Vu que la fenêtre donne sur le balcon-couloir je ne pouvais pas vraiment l’ouvrir, les autres clients passant directement devant. Puis la chambre était vraiment très très petite, difficile à contourner le lit. Mais j’ai apprécié la douche qui a marché, les serviettes et le lit propres.
