The room was pretty compact but everything worked. Building was old but what isn’t around there. Free breakfast was good. Restaurant was on the corner and several others within a couple of blocks. Biggest thing was the location. Location location location. The Louvre was a 5 minute walk and there was lots of little tourist stores where prices were cheap compared to the bigger main stream stores.

The room was a tight fit for three people, but it was good value considering we spent most of our time wandering the city and only came back to the hotel to rest. The bathrooms looked to be recently renovated and were great!

The Hotel is just a 5 minute walk to the Louvre. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. I gave the Hotel 3 stars because it is a little old and the rooms are in need of a remodel. The images of the room online didn't match the room. I would guess there is a 10 year difference between the pictures of the rooms and what they actually look like now.

The pictures are very deceiving. This hotel is old, worn out, and very small. The hallways and stairwells are extremely tight, and the room we had was much smaller than expected. Looking back, most of the pictures were taken of reflections in mirrors, which did not accurately show the hotel at all. The staff were very nice and friendly though.

It would be best if you value convenience above all. In the summer, the room is warm even with the windows open. If your room faces the street, you will hear all the city sounds. There is no fridge. However, for the price, the location is fantastic. You are near Holborn tube, Covent Gardens, and many bus stops.
The staff is super helpful, and the rooms are cleaned professionally daily. You can get a bulk wash-dry of laundry for 16 GBP.

Great location. Our 2 night stay was comfortable, room was clean, A/C was excellent. Front desk gentlemen were very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Hotel is just steps away from the Louvre and about a 10 min walk from the Chatelet Les Halles metro station, which takes you directly to Disneyland. Overall we would stay here again
