The room was quite small and needs an update on paint and general upkeep. Most of the staff didn't speak English,and the restaurant did not have a menu in English, which, I must say, I have never seen in an international hotel brand. Other than that, the stay was just generally average. I would not go back, but it is kind of the only place to stay in Hyeres, so I guess that's why they can get away with it. Sad to say

Service is good and room was clean. Sadly rooms are pretty small and the AC didn't really work so had to have window constantly open. Staff indifferent about the situation. Pool and bar area nice.

Unfortunately, we are a flight crew and was hoping to get 4-5 hrs of crew rest before continuing our trip….. there is construction going on !!!! We were unaware of this until we climbed into bed and the saws and drill started! Hotel should have alerted us prior to checking in !!

Receptionist was not very empathetic. The room (standard) is quite smalland the toilet was dirty. Outskirts area poorly served.
On the positive side, it must be said that in the room there are all the accessories, even if the fridge was completely empty, without even a small bottle of water.
