Aminata at reception was great. She welcomed me and checked me into my room seamlessly and smoothly within minutes. I also appreciated the support she provided helping me to navigate to get back to the airport to pick up my Navigo pass to get around France as well as the suggestions and directions. This truly set me up for success and made my time in Paris/France memorable as the hotel is a little out of the way but nevertheless wel worth it by using the hotel shuttle an Navigo pass (35 euros). This also afforded me the opportunity to experience Paris as a local which was great. I also ejoyed my time at the bar area where I most times ordered a light dinner and refreshing beverage. Both David and Stepanie provided exceptional service, lively conversation, smiles and laughter. I greatly appreciated their professionalism, kindness and warm spirit. Amnata, Stephanie and David overall made my stay at Hyatt Place Charles to Gaulle exceptional and overall a very memorable and positive experience. As a result of my experience I highly recommend this property and recommend Hyatt to hire individuals such as Aminata, Stephanie and David as they are making a difference!

The door in our room had half of the frame broken and the toilet could use some extra cleaning. We booked the hotel as a closer option to the airport as the next day we had a long international trip.
Furniture in lobby could definetly use some cleaning.
Only good review is they had a pretty good breakfast.

There was only one thing I hated, but that actually ruined our stay: The bathrooms are very clean, but there is an incredibly bad smell hanging in it. Really terrible. We had two rooms, and both had the same problem, making us think it's a problem in the entire hotel.

Great property, very clean and good choices of food in the restaurant. The front desk staff need to work on being more customer oriented and pleasant. One lady at the front desk, unfortunately I forgot her. Amen but she seems to have a supervisory role. She told me that I may have reserved at their sister property, Hyatt House, a cheaper lower grease property I guess. She said this the moment I approached the front desk for check in without asking for my name, ID or reservations details. I’m a black woman, I have been in France touring and this was my last night prior to flying out. I was very offended at that assumption. I carry myself well and am never shabbily dressed. Even at that patrons and potential patrons deserve respect. Hyatt Place fell short in the front desk customer service experience.
