Value for money, it’s okay based on what I paid for a 2 day stay

Horrible Room was so hot No air con very very hot room No open window horible !!!! Never again ever

If you are just looking for a place to sleep and shower, this place is perfect. If you want to be able to turn around without running into somwthing, it may not be the best. ch choice.

The staff was great, very helpful. The room was clean. It was a little out of the way of anything but in a nice area.

Liked staying here

Room was ok, bit dated. Who ever put a shelf on the wall behind the ladder to the bunk above needs to have a think. No matter your childs age it really restricts them.

Rooms are too small for anyone to put luggage and still walk around the room.

This hotel is great for the price. Although is in front of a busy street, we couldn't hear the noise. The breakfast is very good and much affordable than eating in a restaurant. The staff was very helpful when we couldn't open our room with the designated key, they immediately provided an alternative one. We will stay here, again. Many thanks.

I had a great night and the location was perfect for public. However, I was robbed of my breakfast fees by the hotel. When I checked in with my two kids, the receptionist asked me if I wanted breakfast which I accepted. I paid the fees but was unable to be at the restaurant prior to closing time. As you all might know, travelling with teenagers is always a challenge to keep time. So, we missed our breakfast. The hotel refused to refund my money stating that it was their fault. Agreed. But why should we pay for a service that we did not receive. At least if we were warned when the service was offered. I feel like this is just a money grabbing strategy. Disgusted.

Walkable distance to trains and attractions

They didn’t have the breakfast we paid for on their sheet for one of our 5 rooms and the attendant in the breakfast room fussed on my friend and said you can’t eat you didn’t pay. They had to walk to get breakfast elsewhere after paying. The night front desk was the rudest person I have ever met in my 50 years of working. I stopped in after a long day and wanted to make sure they had cleared up the mess about breakfast, I told the night desk person what had happened and he looked at me and said AND, as If he could care less!!!’ He went back over to his computer and said my colleague will have to wait on you. I watched him and he said something in French which was probably an ugly remark about me.

Great and inexpensive place in Paris.

This is pretty much what you expect for your money. Nothing fancy. The location is pretty good, close to public transportation. The room is small and the shower had a funny smell. There’s no hair dryer in the room and they only gave us 2 towels, so my husband went to the front desk to ask for them and the staff was really rude and not helpful at all, they said they didn’t have any more towels and that there were no hair dryers. The breakfast is not included and you can eat much better outside for what you pay. There is not much variety.

Nice hotel for a budget stay

It’s very bad experience of stay in here Think about it before you guy booking it’s kinda very small dust a lot I got an asthma went to the hospital hv to pay money a lot But the manager said it’s none of her businesses ( her name moud) will not be back here forever !!! Bad service ever no soap fill up !!! Either No happy at alll !!! Think about it before booking trust me
