Basic value accommodation with buffet breakfast - very clean - bed made every day - lovely white crisp towels changed often - all staff friendly and helpful - lift access to floors - walk in bathroom ideal for someone like myself disabled/wheel chair user - buffet breakfast was fresh and well replenished - good choice - ideal location at Gare de L’est and few minutes walk from Gare de Nord, excellent public transport links and close to canal - overall very good and quiet despite being in a busy location

Convenient to several train and metro stations as Gare de L’Est is a few meters away, Gare de Nord is about a 5-10 minute walk and the Chateau-Landon metro is right under the hotel however none of the main tourist attractions are very close so the location of the hotel is not very easy to pop by to change if weather conditions change or to drop off any purchases.

I am a tour leader and this is the 7th time I have been to Europe, only this time the worst experience, that is, after checking in and distributing the room key card to the participants, then I put my backpack beside my friend, and I took the suitcase in the luggage room after that my rensel bag is gone, just seconds. When I checked in suddenly behind me there was a lot of queuing and there was one person who wanted to interrupt, the receptionist was only 1 person. Unak there, I realized it turned out they were like playing a show by diverting attention to look crowded. My lost backpack contains mirroles cameras, xiaomi cellphones, diesel watches, stavilizer and several hundred thousand rupiahs. When I asked for CCTV records, the hotel was not helpful. After I share this problem with a friend who lives in France, it is possible for the hotel to work with the hotel! I deliberately chose accor group because I was looking for safe, it didn't guarantee!

The location is very strategic closed to subway, bus and train. The room is ok. The breakfast fair enough. The hotel staff is quite friendly and helpful. It just a bit noisy due to train behind
