Amazing location, nicely refurbished comfy rooms with all you need, friendly staff, a great choice with only one thing to improve for a 4 star hotel: breakfast!
The buffet looks nice but the coffee machine is awful, milk made from powder and danish fluffy but with zero butter or chocolate taste, too bad for France and this Great food region! A good coffee, fresh milk and tasty croissants and pains au chocolat are a MUST for a hotel for people to come back. The rest is so perfect, we did not understand why spoiling the stay with overlooked basics like that. 👏😢

The hotel location is great, lots of shops and restaurants around. For a 4 stars i would have liked a bit more elevated (rust in bathrooms furniture, sink design makes it that you get completely soaked when turning water on) but overall we were pleased with our stay. Very friendly staff. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that.

I’ve stayed here before. It is always a phenomenal experience. The bathtub and shower were great - lots of hot water and water pressure. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Everyone from the front desk to the people who did my room every day were warm and welcoming. I dealt with Tracy who booked my dinner reservation and Mia who helped me with some questions. They are customer service professionals. The other front desk staff were warm, friendly, and polite. The front desk staff at this hotel could teach a seminar in what taking pride in one’s work is all about.

We were greeted warmly and professionally which makes all the difference after a long day of travel. All the staff we interacted with made us feel cared for. Our room was incredibly spacious and comfortable with a beautiful rain shower and a window that opened to fresh air - if you poked your head out you could see the fort on the hill above Grenoble. We loved how quiet this room felt. Being right in the heart of Grenoble was so much fun. Breakfast was beautifully served and delicious. Thank you to all the fabulous staff! You all deserve more than five stars!!!

This was the only time i ever had a problem. Yhr bedding smelled sour. The bedding stunk so bad that i had to check out. I was drained and exhausted when i realized it. It was such a turn off. I needed to stay another day but was so turned off i checked out and stayed somewhere else. The room was 218.

Once we were in the hotel it was very nice and staff were helpful however locating hotel and parking was extremely difficult because it was evening. Once discovered with the help of another hotels staff we were escorted back to our car as many vagrants were inhabiting the closed area and it was not well lit. The staff called police for support but they did not respond. Will not return to area but staff responded A+ city needs to improve lighting, hotel needs to improve signage and provide code before arriving at hotel to drop bags safely.

The hotel is perfect. My third stay. The bathtub is long, wide, and extremely comfortable. The hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, and walking distance from the museums. The service is outstanding. My first day I was greeted by Mia who had made my restaurant reservations a few days earlier over the phone. The next day I saw Tracy who immediately recognized me from my previous stays. And then Camille assisted me later in my stay. What a warm, welcoming team they are. They made the stay memorable.

We chose this hotel as it was the most well-located in the city for hotels of its ranking. The property was in fact very well located in the city center and very convenient to nearby attractions, restaurants and transportation. The hotel itself is an older building that has been appropriately cared for but is probably coming due for another refresh. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. I would stay here again.
