One of the best stays I have enjoyed in a long time, if ever. The hotel team were helpful and friendly without exception. The hotel bar is smart and relaxing and tastefully decorated. Our stay was the perfect mix of relaxing and enjoyable, whilst making us feel very welcome. What a treat. Thank you.

Stayed for 3 nights and the hotel was just perfect to explore La Rochelle, in the Old Town but just a short walk to the Port.
Room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly and helped us with things like arranging taxis.
Fantastic relaxing break, would go back.

1 night stay on travels across France. Once you find the hotel you enter into a courtyard. The room quality was good. Hotel nicely laid Out and facilities. Only 10 mins walk to anywhere. A great park within 5 minutes walk

Excellent place to stay. Nice and quite and attentive staff. The hotel has been well decorated and has excellent facilities; one of the best I've stayed at this year. 2 issues: the breakfast at 32 Eu per person is excessively priced; the hotel could have sent directions before the stay as it is somewhat difficult to find by car and GPS.

We had great stay. It was a bit tricky to find our way in because of the pedestrianisation of the street where it is located. Despite having booked a parking spot, we were not given instructions on how to go about passing the electric bollards until we called the hotel on our second trial. But we were then given clear directions over the phone whilst traveling which was a great help. Despite the fact that like many places in France there is barely not many restaurants open on Sundays and Mondays and so was unfortunately the restaurant of the Hotel. the only negative point was the lift does make quite a bit of noise and that there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drains. Which was spotlessly clean so must be the city drains issue. We were offered a room upgrade for our wedding anniversary stay and all staff were extremely professional and welcoming. We will definitely consider staying there again.

I love this hotel. The property is great. The communal bar area is a lovely place to hang out. The rooms are lovely and clean and comfortable. The staff are exceptional. Possibly my favourite hotel to stay at in all of France. Sadly I don't spend enough time, just a quick visit for work...next time I will spend longer just to enjoy the amazing bar and lounge.
