Receptionists lack experience. Breakfast is bad.

Wonderful stay! Friendly staff, lovely hotel, beautiful part of Fontainbleau, close access to both forest trails and the city center. Really great value for money. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, the grounds are lovely and everyone who was staying there seemed to really just enjoy the atmosphere. Will definitely return!

A bit of a walk to dining options in center of town, but lovely modern hotel with nice amenities and free parking on site. Very nice staff.

This hotel was a great value. We were too tired to go into town for dinner; we ate well both nights and the total price was a pleasant surprise. Friendly music entertainment and buffet on Friday night. Free parking. We would love to return.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. At best, it's a 2 star hotel.

Hotel is very nice and in a good area of town. Upon arrival we were greeted and helped by a nice staff member who arranged a taxi for us. This was the only positive experience with the staff. Later, we inquired about dinner and the staff told us they were fully booked and suggested we try Uber eats instead of helping us to find a suitable option in town. We asked if we could sit at the bar for a drink, but were denied due to them being fully booked. Luckily, we found a dining option on our own. Later, the music continued shaking our room into the early hours of the morning. A terribly unpleasant experience at a hotel that otherwise seemed quite nice. A bit more customer service would have gone a long way. We will be writing to the management with a formal complaint.

Lovely and convenient hotel very close to INSEAD, a delight. Would happily stay again.

The hotel is well situated, up to date and the staff are friendly and efficient. The breakfast area and service is very busy in the morning and more like a scramble. Towards the weekend it markedly improved. It is well located and about 10 walk to the town.

Very nice hotel, stayed there to celebrate 27th Wedding Anniversary. Didn’t use restaurant as very expensive as were drinks. Some very nice restaurants in nearby town. Good location for palace of Fontainebleau and shops etc Nearby to local Parkrun!

The room was comfortable but was more basic than I expected, e.g. there was no guest information within the room. Breakfast was good but remained almost identical throughout my period of stay.

Staff, food, atmosphere and location wee all great

Our stay was pleasant after a long plane ride. The breakfast was excellent. The service at the restaurant was not very professional but the food was good.

We ate at the restaurant: the dishes weren't clean at all, the staff at the restaurant without knowledge how to serve correctly, the food poor with stained salad f.ex. We were very disappointed, the rooms were good
