Hôtel agréable (parking, espace, jardin intérieur, petit dej copieux) et bien situé dans la ville. Un regret : piscine à la fois intérieure et extérieure (donc peu chauffée) Et une suggestion : isoler le baby foot situé dans le hall central et que l'on entend du salon, du restaurant, tous ouverts dans l'espace central ...

Très bon séjour, deuxième fois que j’y séjourne et l’établissement est toujours très agréable et l’équipe est vraiment très sympathique ! Le brunch est vraiment très bon pour un prix très raisonnable !

Frukost var fransk, sparsam. Först efter påtalade första morgonen sattes det på kaffe! Maten i restaurangen var mycket god, utöver bearnaisesåsen som var vidrig.

Receptionists lack experience. Breakfast is bad.

Convenable sans plus. Piscine beaucoup trop petite et prise d’assaut quand il fait plus de 30• Petit déjeuner médiocre. Pas de fruits de saison. Viennoiseries desséchées. Les plus : un très jolie jardin avec des poules en liberté un parking accessible facilement.

Excellent hotel et à proximité du centre-ville et du château. Belle piscine bien agréable au mois d’août et le personnel est fort agréable

Wonderful stay! Friendly staff, lovely hotel, beautiful part of Fontainbleau, close access to both forest trails and the city center. Really great value for money. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, the grounds are lovely and everyone who was staying there seemed to really just enjoy the atmosphere. Will definitely return!

A bit of a walk to dining options in center of town, but lovely modern hotel with nice amenities and free parking on site. Very nice staff.

Séjour de 2 nuits qui s'est très bien passé dans un hôtel très bien situé, de haut standing. Le personnel est très aimable et au petit soin avec les clients. Le parking est très grand et gratuit. Je recommande vivement

I'm an Insead student, I've been to this hotel other times (this was definitely the last). Everything was going well until checkout. First the attendant wanted to charge me for breakfast which had already been paid for. But the worst part was the breakfast itself, or rather, the lack of it. I had a scheduled flight and all my time was timed. When breakfast was supposed to start (6:30AM), few things were ready, so I asked the attendant to reimburse me for one breakfast since I didn't eat it due to the hotel's delay, but he strongly refused.

This hotel was a great value. We were too tired to go into town for dinner; we ate well both nights and the total price was a pleasant surprise. Friendly music entertainment and buffet on Friday night. Free parking. We would love to return.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. At best, it's a 2 star hotel.

Jolie hotel, on a passé un bon moment. Dommage que leur carte pour accéder aux chambres se désactive aussi rapidement. Obligé de demander à plusieurs reprises une nouvelle carte à la réception. Sinon à part sa c'était nickel. 😊

Pas d’eau chaude le soir du réveillon pour se doucher puis très peu de pression les autres jours.

Hotel is very nice and in a good area of town. Upon arrival we were greeted and helped by a nice staff member who arranged a taxi for us. This was the only positive experience with the staff. Later, we inquired about dinner and the staff told us they were fully booked and suggested we try Uber eats instead of helping us to find a suitable option in town. We asked if we could sit at the bar for a drink, but were denied due to them being fully booked. Luckily, we found a dining option on our own. Later, the music continued shaking our room into the early hours of the morning. A terribly unpleasant experience at a hotel that otherwise seemed quite nice. A bit more customer service would have gone a long way. We will be writing to the management with a formal complaint.

Personnel super agréable et accueil très chaleureux. Chambre standard sans aucun plus, très chauffée voire trop ! Air chaud extrêmement sec, difficulté à dormir. Climatisation de la chambre non fonctionnelle : j’avais baissé la température à moins de 17 degrés et il faisait extrêmement chaud pendant la nuit. On n’a pas bien dormi au final malheureusement. Diner du soir au restau très agréable, plat copieux et délicieux. Petit déjeuner décevant et peu varié pour un hôtel 4*. Dommage !

Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. L'hôtel est très bien situé, cocooning. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel.
