Mercure Paris Montparnasse Pasteur

A fabulous boutique hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are a good size. The breakfast was lovely.

Property was good but cleanliness could be improved.

We stayed 3 days in Paris. Very smooth and pleasant stay, staff was very helpful and nice. Room was clean and hotel was convenient for the price. Not many options to eat around but we made it work. Only negative is the Taxi that the hotel recommended to the airport was terrible.....closed van, no windows, it was 90 degrees and it had no A/C, also I believe he overcharged us.

The air conditioning unit did not work in our hotel. We mentioned it to the staff and they said that they were aware that some units didn’t have working air conditioning. They gave us a fan, no mention of any kind of refund.

The staff overall was very pleasant and willing to help, hoewever, i was surprised to see that there are no cart for the luggage, no staff to help with lugage (my colleagues and I had 3 pieces of luggage each), and there is only 1 elevator for guests and staff (cleaning crew with carts) so make sure to plan ahead and don't be in a rush because you will wait for that elevator 😅😅 The breakfast was really good and the staff was so nice and always ready to bring out freshly baked bread and pastries, it was really nice! The bathroom looked clean at first but a bit moldy, but the room was overall clean. I would not mind returning for another stay, however, this time, i will make sure not to have too much lugage ;-_)

Great customer service and interaction . Reception was super helpful and very welcoming . All the facilities were very nice as well!! Just the elevator is very slow but great stay besides that . Will definitely be back to stay !!! Thank youuuu

The staff was great and very helpful: however, the sheets were dirty and it seemed as though each time they changed them we would find stains or blood stains. The shower also had pink mold.

We were a family of 6 and stayed in 2 rooms for 4 nights. From the start, one of the rooms had a non-functioning AC, which did not manage to be repaired during our stay. A fan was provided, however this was not what we had paid the exorbitant price for! Although a replacement room was offered, this was so small that there was barely room to get down from bed! A portable AC offered was so noisy that it had to be switched off at night! Breakfast was of good quality but very little.Food consumed and glasses/plates used were not replenished easily. There was a day when no bread, cheeses, croissants, glasses or cups were available. It is definately not worth its price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Location is not too central.I don't think I'd return to this hotel, especially with its high price tag and lack of AC in one of our rooms

Staff was really pleasant, but I got 2 bottle of wine one of the staff was trying to overcharged me, the cost for a bottle of vin Rosé "Coteaux du var Escarelle" was 28 Euro they charged me 39 and upon checking out they add a charge of 55 Euro, Overall the stay was Ok. but do check your credit card for overcharging

Good overall if you staying few days in Paris, one big plus how spacious the rooms are compared to other hotels in the area.

Very nice hotel

Quiet and away from the busy tourism

My daughter and I got to the hotel around 1 pm and the check in was at 3 pm. The two first people that received us were Karim and Mani. They received us with a big smile. That made us feel welcomed and all the staff always had a smile for us. Since we got there earlier and they saw us too tired, they went ahead ahead and hurried up to prepare our room, so we could go and rest. That was VERY nice. All the experience at the hotel was great 😊 I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is great! They have variety and the staff always comes to check that everything in the breakfast is they way it supposed to be. Fresh and hot food is always available. The rooms were clean. Mani transported us to places like Versailles and airport. He is a VERY trustable person. Always transmitted respect and kindness to my daughter and I. We felt safe when we were with him. I highly recommend Mani to take you anywhere you need. Blessings to the Staff of the Mercure Hotel. Thank you all!!!

Stay was nice, didn’t like that it was far from main attractions, including metro. 10 mins walk at night felt unsafe.
